Where do I begin...the building is old and in need of updating. The elevators half work, the bathrooms (ladies) are on life support...toilet seats are not fully secured, the stall logistics are not suitable for the average sized woman as the commode sits very close to the toilet paper dispenser, the sanitary napkin disposals do not all have lids. This place is disgusting. The cafe on the 1st floor recently reopened while the place LOOKS nice, the service is less than desirable. The grill station is a disaster too. There's no organization/structure with their ordering process. And the person taking your order repeats the order (to you), but doesn't immediately tell the person who needs to prepare the order. I don't understand. She later returns to the customer to ask what they wanted on their sandwich. Would it be a crime to write the order down. GET SOME ORGANIZATION. The prices are too expensive as well.

My daughter was served a foreclosure notice for the former owners of a newly purchased home. I called the attorney Brett Messinger (on the summons) who was impatient, rude and condescending. He gave me the 3rd party information although I was not the party. He told me I'm going overboard about receiving the summons. Brett said the check should arrived any day to satisfy this debt. My daughter called afterwards and he screamed "don't you dare snap at me"!!! This law office is unbelievable!! I have been in the collections business for 40 years and have never mistreated or discounted a client. Brett was very unprofessional with a chip on his shoulder. This company needs to reevaluate...
