This company is very unprofessional. From the very first interaction I had with them filing my claim.
The person who answered the call was curt, speaking over me while sounding like the call was on speaker phone. I explained that I was unable to hear her and she started speaking in a condescending tone.
I was directed to submit a claim via email. My original email did not receive a response. So days later, a second email was sent.
I finally received a response and was informed of the name of the claim adjuster. When she "the claim adjuster" Bridget Fisher made contact I was addressed by the incorrect last name. This immediately screamed unprofessional again and one who does not pay attention to detail.
In my original email I provided a scanned copy of the driver information exchange supplied by the Polk County Sheriff Office from the officer who arrived on the scene of the accident. Bridget stated that the insurer has not reported the accident and she would need to confirm.
Moving forward, she requested a copy of the police report and an estimate for repairs. Less than 24 hrs later, I responded back to the request informing her that the police report is available for a fee and referred to the website on the driver information exchange and provided an estimate for the damages to my vehicle on 5/23/23.
As of June 1, 2023, all communication has come to an end. I've tried contacting her multiple times via phone and left a couple of voice messages without any follow up.
The next step is an attorney. This is a simple resolve and why the insurer pays insurance in case of an accident. This adjuster has everything she's requested at this point to move forward with wrapping up this claim.

   Read moreWhen I googled this company, I was surprised by all of the negative reviews. Honestly, my experience has been A+ so far. Last week I was rear ended by a semi truck twice in stop and go traffic in CA. PLM covered their driver, so I contacted them for an assessment. The phone call was over in 8 minutes, quick and to the point. Today I sent them an email with pictures and the estimate, and by the end of the day they stated they'll send out a check to my address to cover all of the damages (since their driver was at fault). As long as I receive the check in a timely manner, I'll have to say my experience has been excellent. Special shout out to Keith for communicating well in our emails!
