Tetra Pizza and Grill — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Had my order been delivered in a timely manner from Uber Eats, before it was cold, and the gluten-free thin crust pizzas already cooked to the max, I probably would’ve had a chance to provide a review based on the food, without external factors. However, the gluten-free pizza is a thin crust medium-sized pie. I ordered one with cheese and tomato sauce, and the other with cheese and white sauce.

UNFORTUNATELY, I ordered through UBER EATS, where there’s no accountability, and their customer service is consistently abysmal, with executives and investors that don’t care about mistreating the customer nor taking a large share of the profits from small businesses. Uber is one of the worst companies that anyone can be associated with by endorsement or partnership. I am KINDLY GIVING THE RESTAURANT AN AVERAGE RATING, as I would hope that the FOOD WOULD BE BETTER WITHOUT DELIVERY ISSUES, and the restaurant would provide me another opportunity to have a much better experience for an accurate, and objective review based solely...

CHANGE MENUS BACK ON GRUBHUB AND UBEREATS. IT DONT SPECIFY WHATS ON EACH DETROIT PIZZA LIKE BEFORE.IT CHANGED LAST FEW WEEKS .DETROIT PIZZA NOT BAD BUT GIVING CUSTOMERS A CHOICE TO MAKE THEIR OWN CUSTOM DETROIT PIZZA WILL BE GREAT FOR BUSINESS. CUSTOM DETROIT PIZZA SHOULD BE ADDED TO MENU OR OPTION TO ADD MORE ADDITIONS TO PIZZA LIKE STEAK OR CHICKEN.ALSO UBEREATS MENU IS MESSING UP YOUR BUSINESS FOR EXAMPLE THE TOPPINGS ON SOME OF THE DETROIT PIZZAS ARE DIFFERENT ON UBEREATS THAN ON GRUBHUB. I ordered a cheesesteak that was listed as 10.99. No fries, drink. Just sandwich. I live close but could not walk to get the food due to injury.

Sandwich: 10.99 Delivery fee: 4.00 Tax: 1.78 Credit card fee: 1.00 Even though I was given a total on the phone, they decided to just round up anyway!

So I paid $18 in total for one sub.

This place made 6 dollars off me, on fees alone.
