I went in over the weekend for the first time. Started off rough they did not start my appointment til almost half an hour late. I was there for a while and when I was getting my hair cut the stylist was not paying attention and ripped my helix piercing out. This ripped a hole in my upper ear breaking my cartilage. Crying and bleeding I left almost immediately to see a doctor. They did not care, they simply asked me to pay and charged me $345 dollars on my way out. I ended up having to go to the hospital and they will not give me a refund unless I show them my medical records, which I choose to keep private. I said since I am insured I have paid the bill and don't expect reimbursement for that and I would just like at least a half refund (because I still understand they spent products on me and am not trying to blindly rob them, I just think 345 to have a severe injury is crazy). if this were some insane request I could potentially understand however it happened in the salon in front of many people and the earring literally fell on the floor and he picked it up and handed it to me. And I was crying asking for the closest urgent care as I was rushing there mid-haircut. It is not as if I left fine and then called back later with a problem, this was a public event. Do not go here, it is not safe and clearly, they do not know how to handle a bad situation...

I’ve always wanted to go blonde, and the times that I got a blonde balayage from other salons it was either done incorrectly or wasn’t the shade I wanted. Josie really surprised me. I asked for a full blonde highlight (from brunette) about two months ago, and a half highlight in these photos with a soft blonde blend. I also asked for over directed/angled layers. I've been here twice with different stylists and loved both times I went. The first time, immediately after I went to pick up shampoo at a Sephora for the first time and the salesperson told me they used to be a hairstylist and had to know what I did with my hair because it looked fantastic and super healthy.

The second time I went, the person noticed my hair seemed really dry and suggested a treatment in addition (did not try to upsell, I really did need it and it was like an extra $15). I looked and felt SO much better after.

They really pay attention to all the small details and check in frequently to make sure everything is to your liking.
