I am so happy and excited to show off my new "cover up" tattoo that was done today by Sean. I had the original tattoo done elsewhere back in December 2014 at a parlor that changed staff over the years and that I had 2 other tattoos done many years ago. I knew what I wanted, had the design sample but it was not done correctly and gave me immediate scarring in one area. I was so very disappointed and embarrasses as it was on the back of my neck. I started researching for a tattoo parlor that could give me a cover up tattoo. I came across Eddie's in Chinatown and from their reviews and history I knew this had to be the place. I received excellent service from the time I first called and spoke to Brad, to when I walked in and met Nicki at the front counter to Sean who immediately came up to greet me and asked what they could do for me. The parlor environment is friendly and comfortable, it's very clean and sterile even down to the bathroom...a girl's gotta go! I am very happy with my new cover up tattoo. Sean gave me what I wanted, his advice and suggestions were on point and it came out beautifully. I highly recommend Philadelphia Eddie's and will definitely return when I am ready for my fourth tattoo. ...

I believe my overall experience with this tattoo shop was mediocre at best. Though we both couldn't of predicted that I would have allergic reaction to the Ink Katy uses. I think that when contacting your artist they shouldn't immediately have the attitude of, "that's on you." As if I don't have several other tattoos and have magically messed up in some way with treating this tattoo. I even had to reach out to my other tattoo artist with the "hey, what do I do about this." text because the only advice I was given after showing these pictures to Katy was, if it gets worse I go see a doctor. I wasn't even offered to fix it or a partial refund. And now I honestly have to walk around with my blown out peeling tattoo for 6 months until it heals. I paid over 150 for it and will have to get it either fixed or reworked. And honestly walking away from this, I just wanted a, "Hey, I'll do line test next time." Or "I'll look more into this." I guess I'm just honestly disappointed if this is how the Ink scene...

Words don’t do the shop credit. I stopped in as a walk in for a 1st time tattoo and it was perfect from the start. Instead of rushing into a tattoo, Jacky recommended I get in touch with Brianna for my specific tattoo. It was a pet portrait tribute to my boxer. After speaking with Jacky and getting in touch with Brianna my tattoo journey was a piece of cake. Brianna was beyond accommodating in my requests and beyond helpful in answering all my questions. I can’t put into words how happy I am with the job Brianna did and just seeing her artistic talent. The tattoo is something I was thinking about for almost 3 years and Brianna brought my dream to fruition. I can’t explain how happy and thankful I am for the work that was done. For a first tattoo this was a pain free and easy as possible.

The entire shop is a testament to the art of tattooing. Brianna from the bottom of my heart - thank you for representing Titan’s memory as perfectly as I could have imagined.
