Read moreThis is the worst clothing store I have ever been to in my life. I was shopping there while on a vacation and lost my daughters sweater, when I called to see if the sweater was there I was told it was so, I returned to the store at eight, not knowing it was close in time. They refused frost to even let me in the store to get my sweater or even look for it for me, telling me they looked for it but it wasn’t there. The head of security refused to let us see his name tag and another female employee who was standing there ( The employee who told me it wasn’t there, than said it was but isn’t now, and was being extremely rude during the whole situation, told me it was my problem and she was glad I lost it, even following me out the store yelling!! After they refused to give it to me and I left, I had called and spoken with the same lady who I had originally spoken with (the stores manager Michelle) who wasn’t aware that it still wasn’t given to me, but was told about the situation of me going to get it apparently, said I could go back and get it, mind you I live in Maine and it’s over a 9 hour drive. She told me the only way I could get my daughters shirt was to go pick it up and they were unable to mail it!!! I reminded her that I did go back to pick it up, she said it was my problem because I went back at 8 o’clock. Again I’m not from the area and didn’t know anything about the area.Yes they had just closed but there were still lots of customers in the store and they refused to let me go in or even help me out to begin with!! This is the worst case of customer service I have ever experienced you people should be very ashamed of yourself!!! I will never shop here again and will be telling everyone about my experience with this...
Read moreThe security guard witnessed me “shoplifting” when I wasn’t and he told me to get out but I was not shop lifting and protested against him, trying to explain how it was a misunderstanding. He denied it and said he witnessed it with his own eyes and I said to check the cameras and he said there was no need to. I was clearly not trying to steal a bonnet worth 7 dollars if I’ll make that clear. As we were fighting, he proceeded to do extra stuff such as record me without my consent and one thing that actually got me angry was not because he accused me of stealing but it was when he pulled out a phone, went to google translate, and proceeded to type out his little sentences to translate it to Chinese, which was outwardly racist because he assumed I was Chinese and I speak the language. It got me worked up the most that he did this because yea, accusing me of shoplifting was his job I guess but being racist was not. This happened on January 1 and the guy was wearing a green hoodie. He got me extremely frustrated and argueing was going nowhere and I wasn’t going to back down and admit I was “shoplifting “ because I didn’t and I didn’t even attempt to. Burlington really need to get their security staff right because being racist and doing all that was not necessary and this would have been avoided if he just checked the...
