Most horrible structure of employees and services I have ever seen in my entire life. For a building that is dedicated to service for its residence of Philadelphia is an embarrassment! Rude with horrible etiket. I have been trying to obtain permits to install HVAC system since 6/28/ 19 it is now August and one has finally been approved with there ridiculous, non advertised requirements ( I have been there at least 5 times since end of June) when to attempt pick up the permit with my invoice (that I had to ask for via email to the person who needs to pass the inspection of 18x24 to scale drawling "FOR A MECHANICAL WORK" ) after it approval was stated on the website (where you can get the status of your applicant). I hand the clerk my invoice where its stated you need proof of up to date tax clearance and liability insurance, which were attached. She tell me to have a sit we will call you, really dismissive, I ask by my number or ? Yea (in her hoodrat voice) I'm like oh wow! Sit for another hr they call, say I need auto insurance and property ins. I believe, I immediately flip my top asked for my papers back with the check, the hoodrat tried to explain why we need such ridiculous requirements for "mechanical work", saying if the contractors come down and knock a tree the city of Philadelphia doesn't wanna be responsible. YOUR EMPLOYEES HERE ARE VERY IGNORANT AND NEGLIGENT. I HAD MY TAX PREPARER SEND THE INFO NEEDED AFTER A NOV. 2023 VISIT. I INFORMED HIM OF A LETTER I RECEIVED AND HE GOT RIGHT ON IT. I WAS GIVEN A COPY OF WHAT WAS SENT. TO RECEIVE THE SAME LETTER AGAIN. THEN I MAILED THAT SAME INFO AGAIN. IT MAKES NO SENSE I GOT THE SAME LETTER AGIN RECENTLY SO I WENT IN PERSON AFTER I SENT THE SAME LETTER AGAIN. I ACTUALLY THOUGHT THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED WHEN I WENT DOWN THERE IN NOV. 2023.I WAS ASSURED IT WAS CLOSED. 9/15/24 I WENT DOWN THERE AGAIN. THEY ARE DELIBERATELY DOING THIS . I NEED TO GET A NUMBER FOR A SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER.

Good Evening Google Family. I have visited this place so often in the past, but I have never reviewed it until today. I visited to ask where the post office was. They told me where it was, but I had to access it underground. After asking a hundred people where was the post office, I finally found it. It took a while, lol. Anyway I found it, after a security professional told me where it was and then I conducted my business and away I went. I needed to use a restroom but my next stop was Dunkin Donuts and they denied it, even though they had customer rest rooms. I will never patronize this location again of Dunkin Donuts.
