From what I understand Philadelphia in collaboration with parks and rec takes care of FDR park in South Philadelphia. I love this park but a big problem has developed over the past month and a half. There’s a flood under 95 that goes out into the roadway. we are now getting into summertime warm temperatures and even hot days there’s going to be a mosquito outbreak. This is dangerous to walk around as there’s boards on the field that people trek across to have nails in them and when they go under 95 it’s a very uneven surface. I have a disability and it’s very hard for me. It’s hard enough to walk around the park even though I do it two or three days a week please take care of this. I love this park so much.

Folks! Use the App "Philly 311". Request politely and in professional manner for an investigation of the situation and so far it will be taken care of by City Hall within 24 hours. Quality of final repair-results by Street Dept are not up to scratch for sure, please take care of proper methods so that results can last longer for presenting this city. Use the App "Philly 311"! Thanks, -Ed

Giant hole in my street that I reported weeks ago and they haven't fixed it. Just last week my recycling wasn't picked up because of the giant hole in the street. They are not hitting their service level agreements. The buses can't even go down the street now do to this epic failure.

Are you kidding me charging $300 for trash collection? I have a 1 and 1 duplex. 2 people live here. I make good money and pay HIGH taxes to live here. Then i pay $2500/year to live in this tiny duplex. I take care of my house, and pay my taxes early. $300 because you can't figure out how to manage your money. Figure it out, and leave the hard working people alone. I am in real estate and see the hundreds of thousands of uncollected liens and judgements you can't get, so you come up here and get it form someone who actually cares about paying their bills.

Your good for nothing enforcement officer, has charged my $50/ week all while I have been calling the streets department trying to work out a payment arrangement. Everytime, either no one answers, or "their system is down". What a joke! And they hit me with a $25 late fee 10 days after. Pathetic. I will be writing this all out to the new commissioner David Perry, maybe he can actually take 5 minutes to think about how we can fix the problems and clean this disgrace of a city up. The answer is easy, all the money is stuck in liens judgements and back taxes from out of town scumbags, or low lifes who don't work. Crack down on that and you'll be swimming in money. Instead the easy money is hard working people like me who make an honest living. You're a disgrace and should be ashamed of what...

I live on Shurs Lane, Philadelphia pa, 19128. Not sure who to contact about this but there have been numerous occasions of construction on my street just in the last 5 months where they dig holes and leave it open and in the middle of the road where people already have issues driving because it is narrow. This is extremely unsafe, and I constantly have to check out my window to see if there was an accident because I hear honking due to this huge hole in the road. No one gives our landlord notice of this ahead of time and they come and go as often as they want, leaving unfinished holes in the road and simply putting a cone next to it which does not solve the safety issue. Please do something about this, it's not an IF, but a WHEN will someone get hurt...
