While checking out & talking with the Cashier ( day before Easter 2024) mentioning that many items in produce weren’t priced this day , Good Friday, nor did the Produce Man know these prices. The Cashier offered to help me, but I was tired & just wanted to get home, still recovering from a terrible accident. Have shopped here for decades since it was Great Scot Mkt because of the personable helpful staff & nice produce. That all came to a shocking halt this morning when confronted with this insane viscious hate filled tirade especially shocking when he announced he was the MANGER!! I have never been treated so poorly at any store. As someone who has worked in customer service, I’m shocked at the hostility I experienced here. My family stopped in for two things about five minutes before close and we would have been out before the store closed if this one employee didn’t have a mental break down and lock us in.

We tried to be polite and acknowledge that we knew they were closing soon and would hurry but he responded with “yeah that’s what everyone says.” When we had our items on the check out counter he stopped the cashier mid scanning to say “we are closed, check yourself out.” What a great way to get people out the door. Someone else came by and told the poor cashier to finish the transaction. He then proceeds to go and lock the door and walk off, so we can’t actually leave. We had to wait for him to come back unlock the door we were clearly about to use.

This guys tone and actions were severe enough to make me scared for my safety. This happened in early December and I still think about how inappropriate he was. Don’t come here, it was an unnecessarily...

I’m disappointed with their deli hoagies. Purchased on yesterday 10/14/2018 a little after 12PM and the potato bread was hard and each bite taste different.

Apparently they were not trained. Every timeI visit FoodPoint Deli & Market & 1711 S Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19148, the attendant with the beard has every bite of your hoagie tasting the same as the previous bite through completion.

You really should do something about this issue.
