What a great company! First off the jewelry here is unique and gorgeous, definitely not the same run of the mill that can be found at any mall. My wife and I just had a baby and I wanted to get her a birth gift. After looking at a few dozen places I finally found some unique pieces here. Like a good husband I waited until the last minute to order them. I ordered a ring and earrings with sapphires (Sept birthstone). I got an email from them the next dayexplaining the ring was currently out of stock as they needed to have part of it cast and they could not cast the material there. They put 1 and 1 together and figured out the ring was most likely a gift as september was only 2 weeks away and asked what day I would need it. When I explained what the ring was for and our due date, they immediately offered several options to me at no extra cost so that I could have the ring on time. I declined as my wife would like the uniqueness of the original piece and if it didn't make it in time it would be my fault as I waited too long. They told me they would do every thing they could to get it to me before our due date. They succeeded and the jewelry arrived a week ahead of time. My wife loved them and wore them during the birth. I was looking for someone to help me design and create a custom wedding band shaped like leaves on a branch, and I was having a lot of trouble finding just the right local artist who could help capture my vision until someone recommended Rona at an artist festival to my mother. My mom told me about her, and I went and visited her shop in the heart of Philadelphia, which is close to where I live. First of all, she and her assistant Emily are the NICEST people, warm and friendly and super willing to work with you on whatever it is that you are interested in creating. Rona decided to give my design a shot, and I could not be more pleased with the results! She took my dream and made it a reality! Her original work is very beautiful and organic, inspired by nature, which is what made me feel confident that she would be able to create my leaf ring - and boy did she deliver! She even went above and beyond to make sure the ring fit perfectly with my already uniquely-shaped engagement band. I had followed Rona's work for quite a few years at the Sugarloaf Craft Festival, buying an anklet, but drooling over her river pebbles styles. With my 40th wedding anniversary coming up, I contacted Rona about designing a ring for me, combining the stones from my 10th and 30th anniversary rings. I sent her my rings; after speaking with me to get a feel for what I wanted, and playing around with my diamonds, Rona emailed me several computer generated designs. I let her know what I did and didn't like. We went through several more rounds of designs, until she sent me the perfect one.
