Because the management hasn't replied to me (again) I am writing here. I assure you I have been professional and detailed in all communications with management. I am done. Next step, if all issues are unresolved, contacting owners and reporting management to the housing authority. I have given management until 9/8/25 to resolve all issues. Short version: since moving in mid-Feb. of 2025 I have had serious unresolved issues, been ignored by the first manager and now ghosted by the new manager, who was being helpful via direct email, but has gone silent. This person may have quit. I have written in on the resident portal twice since then and have received no reply. The photos here are only about two complaints registered about the state of the clothing washer (cleaned since then but not well and still dirty) and floors upon move-in; scratched and layers of dirt. Read moreWe lived here for 1.5y and it was so stressful and awful the whole time. Walls are paper thin, the front door is constantly broken so packages are stolen and the elevator was always out (and it was out of date for service/licensing!) Things wouldn’t get fixed on time, and we also had issues with mold. One winter we didn’t have heat for over a month- they loaned us space heaters which are notoriously expensive and unsafe to run and we were expected to pay for the price increase on power usage.
The management turnover was probably the worst. You couldn’t connect with anyone in the office, and once you did- they were gone. The current manager is someone who a relative had to take to small claims court at another property to get their money back.

Read moreEdit to my review: There is no way to get in touch with management if you have an issue. The same parking spot mentioned below has had a continuous problem with people throwing broken furniture there and stacking it to block the exit. Even after several emails, phone calls, and messages through the renters portal and to individuals in management, I have received 0 response outside being told to contact someone I already emailed at least 5 times. This has been the most frustrating experience.
