Been her 3 times to give it a honest chance.

Visit 1. Pedicure: was offered spa pedicure with gel and gold flecked LV symbols. I was like they are cute. Never told a price… anyhoo $150 and 2 days later 1 symbol off. But I was away… had to chalk the loss.

Visit 2. Pedicure $85 Plain white gel no design. two pinky toe polish fell off the next day. Establishing a baseline.

Visit 2… fix up so I thought. Gel doesn’t fall off unless it wasn’t secured tightly. So honestly, to think they would just polish the two toes… I said down and immediately he picked up the drill and took the polish off my big toe. So where can I go now?! I said why you do that. He said got to take all off. Like it was their policy or something.

When he finished, he charged me $25 for a full polish change that I didn’t ask for! I paid, as he stared me down. This unofficially made this visit 3.

Lastly on the same day. I Watched a tween get her eyebrows done for $10 and then they came out tech said $18. Her friend said what is the $18 for. She said that she said my lip need to be done. The both scrambled to find the other 8 dollars.

This place is all about layering charges, do a poor job on one nail so you have to come back and pay for a full polish change. Or they add on a service without telling you the price only to super inflate it before you pay.

Do not send your kids here alone. They will be overcharged. The workers act like, it was what you requested. Not what they forced upon you before you provided any permission.

I am not going anywhere, where my dollars are tricked out of my hands, by greedy merchants using subpar products that fall apart.

All services will Look Good, but the Poor Quality WILL assure your $peedy return. And that is where they get you in the purse.

I came here with my boyfriend Sunday evening. We were looking around for some last minute nail salons that were open. I called Tina's around 5:20 asking if they would be available for two pedicures. She was really polite and I was quite fortunate to have been able to get a spot in the salon with them as I knew they were closing at 6:30pm. She told me to come in at 5:45. The experience was so nice and the staff super kind as well. Even though my boyfriend and I came in close to their closing time, our time there didn't feel rushed at all. The service felt full and that no corners were cut even though they were about to close up shop for the day. The service was so nice, I will definitely come back for another mani-pedi some time! And of course, the gel polish I got for my pedicure was super clean and neat. Excellent work! No complaints....

I've been going to this place for almost a year now and I have to say that anytime I have to go somewhere else when I'm not home, I really miss the quality of the work they do here. It's the same people working here every day and they all do a consistently phenomenal job. My gel manicures last 2 weeks easily, the pedicures about a month. They don't use dremels to remove the gel which is a huge deal for my very thin nails. They have some sort of a special polish they put on the tips to prevent them from cracking. The hand and foot massages with the respective services are super relaxing and they do a back massage with manicures as well. Very friendly group of gals too, they will give you good advice on colors and designs if you ask. Overall, I'm very happy to have found this place so...
