The store is great and the staff on the Hallmark side are extremely helpful and friendly. However, the post office staff needs work. I called looking for help locating a package I had dropped off at that location two days prior just wanted to know if they still had it or if they had contacted USPS to pick it up. The woman interrupted me, used a condescending voice telling me I was wasting her time when she had other customers she needed to get to. When I asked her to calm down and that I wasn't upset but just needed to know the status since I had already contacted USPS who said they don't have it and most satellite pickup/dropoffs have to call to schedule USPS to come by - I just wanted to know if the package was still there. Again she interrupted with "I don't leave ANY packages here!" She then told me I was being completely irrational and she had other people to assist.

Huge selection of cards, and gift ideas. I love this Hallmark store because such a wide selection of merchandise I always end up spending a long time in there buying all sorts of gifts and trinkets. Obviously they have a huge selection cards. But they also have all sorts of different gifts and items that I purchased for myself. During the holidays they have excellent ornaments and holiday decor items. The staff is always very friendly and very eager to help. They do have a post office within this store that is a full service post office. Part of the post office are PO boxes so you can get your mail sent there. I frequently roam the aisles looking for great gift ideas for every occasion from birthdays and baptisms, and all the major holidays. It is a pleasure shopping at this Karen’s location. The last few times I’ve been in Vince helped me find card sections quickly. He is extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I was shopping online for discount cards but realize Hallmark stores have a superior product. You can also shop online and pick up at store or have them shipped. It takes a lot longer so I go in. The rewards program is great. Not a lot of work since you get emails with the rewards/barcode. Usually a free card offer or $5 off and even discounts. Easy to park right in front of store!
