My goodness my goodness so disappointed. I drove down from Pine about 2 hours. Granted I had some other things to do in the morning but I was told they were open till 4 p.m.. their door says that in the Google says it as well. I was coming from Tempe and made it here about 8 minutes before 4 and the place is completely shut down and locked up lights off. I don't make it down here often and I absolutely need to get my camcorder in to get repaired. I even tried calling about 3:35 p.m. just to give a heads up that I might be cutting it close and no answer at all. I thought they were open till 4. This is very disappointed cuz I drove mainly down here to get this camcorder repaired but I had some other things to do knowing they were going to be open until 4 I would drop it off on my way back home up north two hour drive. Now I'm driving back with my camcorder that's broken and I don't know when I'm going to be able to make it back :-( so sad. PS. I will update my review Once I'm able to actually get my camera in and see how they redeem this. I don't leave reviews too often but this was simply disappointing and I'm really really really bummed right now.
Update. Owner did respond however when I went to what appear to be the main door there is a white gate on the other side of the glass. I also tried calling over and over again and no one ever picked up since 3:30 p.m.. so I'm not too sure what else to say. All I could say right now is lights were turned off and a white metal gate was on the other side and that was the most definitely before 4 p.m.. unless there's a second entrance that I did not know but this one had the name of the company on it. We also drove down from Pine which is 2 hours North. Tucson would never work for us so hopefully it will work out with you guys. I also updated my phone log of every time I tried calling with no answer. There was one more earlier...
Read morePaid over 200 dollars to get a tv fixed and got it back still broken. Took it back and said there was more issues he couldn't get parts for so now I am out 200 dollars and still have a broken tv and need to buy a new one. Money down the drain.
Edit: To respond to the below, the original work order is dated July 13th so I am not sure where you got a February date. My Father in Law brought the TV in and had the repairs done and when he brought the TV home it was not fixed. Yes, it displayed something but half the screen didn't work properly. He brought it back to you as soon as practical but this tv never worked properly in between the two times it was in the shop, I am not sure why it was sent home with him. I understand it is not your fault they no longer make the displays but when you were relied on for a proper diagnostic of the issue (which a deposit was put down for) it should have revealed the tv was not able to be repaired and the 200 dollars should not have been spent on a tv that...
Read moreThat's when I found Arizona Video Electronics on Shea Blvd it was a lifesaver.Right from the start, their professionalism and skill were clear. The team took the time to figure out what was wrong with my amplifier. They explained the problem in clear terms and went over the steps to fix it. Even more impressive was how well they treated their customers. They kept me informed and put me at ease by giving me updates.
The fix was done quickly and well, and it got my amplifier back to its best state. I'm very happy with how things turned out.
My bandmate has already chosen to use Arizona Video Electronics for any future electronic repairs after seeing how hard they work and how skilled they are. This says a lot about how good their service is.
Arizona Video Electronics stands out in a world where real customer service and real knowledge are becoming rare. They are the best place to go if you need to get your...
