Ralph Lauren — Local services in Phoenix

This location has appallingly bad customer service. We like Ralph Lauren designs and thought it might be a good option for my partner’s wedding suit.

Despite the fact that we made an appointment and pre-filled info about what we were looking for, we were handed off to a random staff member who didn’t know — nor care to ask — about what we were looking for.

We mentioned that we were looking for a fabric with a bit of dimension or pattern; not just a flat blue. We were halfheartedly shown a couple of off-the-rack flat navy suits.

The salesperson didn’t even mention RL’s made to measure options until we asked about it. He couldn’t answer the most basic questions about the offering — for example, approximately how long does it take for the suits to come in after ordering?

The physical store location is fine — looks just like every other Ralph Lauren. But the service is appallingly bad. Definitely look elsewhere for...

I just went into the store to try a couple things on and I asked the sales representative for specific sizes and they only had larger ones. I told her I do not want to try anything on larger because I know my size and her response back was “well. Did you even try it on?” She proceeded to lie to me, bringing me sizes, saying they magically found them in the back so when I went to put on all the clothes, they were huge on me so not only did she waste my time, but she lied to me because when I looked at the tags, they were the large sizes.
