Well what can I say.... Oh how the mighty have fallen. What a mess!! And the attitude, WOW. We always get Valentines Day dinner from this location (not to mention constantly in the bar area for drinks) I order, everything goes through, confirmation, even a text that says your order is almost ready. I get there and they say there was an error with the gift card I used... I'm like that is dissappointing, but I give another card... the attitude from the hostess was insane, then another comes out and I'm like I'd like to take the gratuity (I so generously gave before picking up the order) off my card, this new hostess grabs the credit card slip - walks off mumbles something and then a half "uh huh, have a great evening "sir", as she is walking off giggling with her friend. So rude! They think I am not going to get out of my car and go talk to manager? Have they met me? Food is mediocre, service is horrible, change your plans and go to Capital Grille next door, they know how to treat people... How can I gush more then I want to. We just did a to go order for our 7th anniversary. Chelsea was AMAZING. The call to order was easy and fun! They added personal messages on the order. Chelsea can out fully in safety gear, so pleasant. The food was so wonderful! Well packed, traveled well and warm and so yummy! We were big fans prior to this current situation but now Seasons 52 is our go to!!! Call them and enjoy!!

Wow!!! We drove almost 7 hours from Buckeye, Arizona to ABQ to celebrate our 8th anniversary. I didn’t know where to go, so of course, I turned to Google and found this place. I made reservations, and from the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly detail-oriented; everyone seemed to know it was our anniversary, which made us feel so welcome. Our waitress Evelyn was amazing! I was super impressed with her hospitality and the way she constantly checked in to make sure everything was perfect. I know that’s part of a server’s job, but she did it in such a genuine, welcoming way that really stood out. Toward the end of our dinner, she even surprised us with champagne and a dessert to celebrate our anniversary. Like damn!!!!!!!she went above and beyond! I truly hope her manager recognizes her work ethic and how great she treats her customers. For our appetizer, we ordered the Slow-Roasted Meatballs, absolutely delicious. I had the Vineyard Chicken and the Apple Infusion cocktail (Joan made it, and it was so freaking good). My wife ordered the Cedar Plank-Roasted Salmon, and wow- it was moist, tender, and full of flavor. Overall, the service was incredible, the food was top-notch, and Evelyn really made the experience unforgettable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This was our first visit to Seasons 52. We were not one bit disappointed. We had a very warm and genuine welcome immediately upon coming through the front door. Seasons 52 surroundings are beautiful, and lit with a tasteful warm ambience (anticipate enjoying the cozy outdoor patio as well in warmer weather later this year); at 7:30pm we were seated right away. Our gracious waiter Steven L. was friendly, informative, and menu knowledgeable. My companion ordered, and thoroughly enjoyed, an Apple-cinnamon Bourbon drink from the impressive bar. THE MEAL BEGINS: We enjoyed a flavorful pre-entree' bowl of delicious tomato cheddar soup. Then timely followed by our chosen entrees: I my plank seared salmon with roasted green beans and spinach... and my dinner companion's BBQ Chicken Salad. We both agreed the entrees were delicious, and very much enjoyed. The meal was summed up in spectacular fashion with a miniature raspberry, and miniature s'more dessert. Dishes throughout the meal were quietly whisked from the table... leaving us (happily) dish-free by the end of the meal... this left us free to enjoy the atmosphere, converse, and relax at the end of a very long day at the office. We will most certainly return to enjoy Seasons 52 in the very near future!

We were pleasantly surprised with our first visit to Seasons 52, we’ve been planning a visit for a while. Before arriving, my first thoughts were of bland foods, limited styles of prep, constrained menu selections. Far from it, this place rocks! They’re not kidding when they advertise Seasonal Menus… and that they are local, local, local. Uniqueness is another attribute I can toss at you too. The atmosphere and décor is quite sophisticated, and bodes well with comfortable yet a sprawling space. The acoustics and spacing between patrons is wonderful for normal conversation, without folks din impairing yours! As for their décor, the rich, dark wood, tables, soft dark seating, and booths are of the old-school traditional modern-vic many establishments have attempted but few and far between frequently and successfully achieve! Everything in this bistro blends together effortlessly with the meal offerings, giving you a relaxing, classy, and soothing culinary environment. When finding they advocate no fryer in their tool chest of cooking methods, my immediate reaction what, why, how??? But they showed us they know well what they’re doing, and they are doing it incredibly well! Apparently they do only oak-fire grilled or brick oven roasted cooking, Wow! It shows how with our initial meal with Seasons was. As our first meal there ever, we tried some offerings one can find almost anywhere but, you gotta see how Seasons does it. We started our lunch with a couple of Hawaiian Pineapple Cosmopolitans – excellent, not too fruity, with an excellent vodka amount and selection; then, for starters, a couple of Mushroom Bisques, just needing some extra ground pepper, was very, very good, smooth and earthy, very tasty and hearty; then I ordered a long time Southern fave of mine Shrimp & Grits, they call it the Wood Grilled Shrimp & Grits which is put together with the right amount of a mild flavorful chorizo, tads of bacon, chopped tomatoes, in a stone-ground grits which was perfect prepared, although not enough in the serving for my taste, they could add a little more – but very well prepared. Making this dish into an excellent Neuville Southern-style dish – very to my liking; my wife went with the Rotisserie Half Chicken, which had been prepared super tender and juicy, and an amazingly perfect crisp to the skin, served with tender French green beans with mildly roasted tomatoes, along with and as wild rice pilaf was not much to write home about, the grilled-in lemon-honey glaze of the chicken made up for the off pilaf; and this is one of few places that offer mini deserts – not whopper deserts, we wrapped up the meal with OK renditions of their Mini Tiramisu and Mini Key Lime Pie – neither of which were interesting, or worth the worthy of the aforementioned dining. Overall, the meal was a blast. We both enjoyed our visit, our server Jennifer was excellent, and our expectations were exceeded short of a few things. But we will be back to try some of the Seasonal menu changes. Meanwhile,...

We went to Seasons 52 on Friday 11/10 for the first time to celebrate our son passing the Series 7 exam for his job. It definitely will not be the last! We had a great experience. Our son made reservations and when we arrived a little early they sat us in the "add on" room which was nice but just too quiet for us. We wanted to feel the buzz of the main dining area, so we asked if we could move and the staff promptly honored our request and after waiting only a few minutes we were able to sit at a booth in the main dining area. Our waitress was Wendy who was lovely and attentive. We ordered the artichoke app with hummus which was delicious. Just. note that this is not the whole artichoke, it is cut into segments so there is no traditional "heart" or leaves. The hummus was creamy and delicious and the boys said the lavash bread was great. My hubby and son both ordered surf and turf for their entrees and there was a little mix up initially where the orders came out as filet mignon only. It wasn't a big deal at all and we told the food runner who ran it up the chain. Our waitress Wendy as well as the manager on duty Matt were so apologetic and went so far as to comp the entrees which they really didn't have to do. The lobster tails came out shortly after and the steaks and lobster were cooked to perfection and delicious! It was just an honest mistake which Wendy took full responsibility for, but it did not ruin our meal and they rectified the situation immediately which made us love the place even more. I ordered the tuna tartare and beet salad as my entree, and we ordered a side of Brussel sprouts to share. The boys tried the desserts which are just the perfect size to have a little sweet ending to your meal without going overboard. They shared a S'mores and pumpkin pie and there were zero leftovers :). The food was delicious, the service was amazing, and the vibe is super cool. We are already planning to come back and will try some more dishes. Highly recommend and thank you Wendy and Matt for going...

I booked a reservation online a week in advance. Our party was going to be 5 and I guess that means you get seated in the back room? I am fine with being seated there however they put us about a foot away from the only other table in there and it was so quiet we may as well have been at the same table. It was awkward. One of our party got sick so they were not able to join. I requested the host reseat us if possible and notified them of the party change. They were very friendly and accommodating and reseated us in the main dining room. As I had done reservations online in advance and had written that we were celebrating my father's birthday in the reservation, it is an option to fill out, they served us an amuse bouche. It was a nice little treat and was delicious! The manager came by as he was walking the house and greeted us and asked how things were. He was very friendly and we let him know we were very pleased, including with our server who was very sweet and attentive. My husband had the pork and it was cooked rarer than I have ever seen, and it looked amazing! My husband said it was absolutely delicious. I have to trust him because he ate it so fast I didn't get a chance to check myself. lol. My mother got the half chicken and she thoroughly enjoyed it. I got the filet mignon and it did not disappoint! My dad got the rainbow trout and was pleased with his plate as well. To end it all we each got a small desert which comes in a shot glass. It's a delightful treat to finish off your palate and they all taste amazing! There is even one gluten free option and it was delicious as well. Overall we were very pleased. This is not our first time there nor will it be our last. We really enjoy coming here for special family occasions. The ambiance is wonderful, the food is amazing, and the service...
