Warby Parker Biltmore Fashion Park — Local services in Phoenix

I first got my eyes checked at the Chandler location. I noticed when I got my glasses that the prescription was not correct and I was getting a headache wearing them. I compared it to my old prescription and realized it was off. I went to the Biltmore location because it was closer to my house, here they said they would get me another appointment with the eye doctor and no charge. I showed up at my appointment time, waited around for 30 min and never even got to meet with him! Then someone working in the store came over, had me try on some test lenses and fixed my prescription. He said he was going to reorder the same pair and I asked him if it would be shipped to my house and he said yes. It’s been 3 and a half weeks almost 4 weeks so I decided to just check in with support where my glasses are - turns out there was no order even placed! It’s been like 1.5 months and I still have no glasses… hope they can...

First off, this boutique is just stunning. Small, cozy and intimate. Fantastic artwork and books.

Second, the staff was just amazing! Myles was our first point of contact when we arrived. He was warm, inviting, super helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us an amazing assortment for my 11 year old. He even showed her some fun and outrageous crystal looking ones. We had a blast! Trissa and Mark were so sweet and accommodating as well. Mark got down on my child’s level when he was measuring her eyes, showcasing the mark of a true professional.

We ended up getting two pairs and Trissa sent them to our home in New Jersey. The teamwork was amazing at this boutique and made us feel like we were the only people in the store (which we weren’t). We will definitely be coming back next year to check out Warby Parker in AZ.

A Warby Parker closer to me. Yeah! I walked in excited and was relieved when Richard welcomed me into the store. I tried a few styles via the app. That was fun!

Richard provided excellent customer service. His time with Warby Parker is appreciated! He provides great, honest feedback and expertise.

It was nice being here on the grand opening. I recognized a team member who assisted me at a Scottsdale location. She was also amazing when I went in with my last pair.

This location is in a great area with lots of parking. I may not see either team member when I return with my newest eyewear but I expect that I will receive the same excellent service.
