One of the best barber shops ive been to so far great customer service all thw barbers know exactly what ther doing but today im on here to clear something i witnessed today as i was getting my hair cut an elder man came to this young adult named junior and i clearly heard him tell that young man thet he wanted an 8 on top and a low fade junior asked him of also wanted an edge up he told the young man no after that young man was done with the haircut the elder man reviewed it he didnt have no complains until his wife walked in they started complaing about the hair cut that it was to short and that it wasnt faded they approached the young man and staryed cussing him out tellingbhim he doesnt know how to cut hair that he messed upbthe haircut and cut it to short that he didnt even edge it up look i know junior hes a great kid ive had my haorcut from him a couple times ive had no complaint great barber but ther was clearly mis communication cause when that kid left the barner shop he had a mid fade with they assumed it was xalled a low fade and i didntbthink it was fair that these people ganged up on him and tried to humilate him infront of everyone amd say that he cut it to short when that young man was clearly just doing what he was being told to do those people shouldve known exactly what they wanted before going in so i dont understand why thwr on google trying to make him look bad tjey should be ashamed for being so disrespectful and loud for something that was ther fault that why im on here to fdefend this young man because they wher so disrespectful and rude for him doing what he was told poor kid felt so bad after wards because he had no bad intentions if those people wanted it long on top they shouldnt have told him to out an 8 on top if they wanted a line up they shouldve told him if they wanted a mid fade they shouldve know the driffrence betwwen a mid and low fade sonim here to tell everyone on here this is abgreat barbershop and junior is a great barber and great kid he has a verybgood heart so dont listen to these people when they wher so direspectul cussiing and yellinga tbthe young man when it wasnt his fault cause he did exactly what they asked taht elder man shouldve rwcognized his mistake in mis communicatikn with junior and apoligized but he wasnt man enough to admit it instead he was cussing and trying to inciniat and arguement with this byoung man shame on you guys franks barber shop is a great place and junior is a great barber ita not fair that your trying to make him seem bad on google so i am here to tell every one dont kisten to these direspectul and rude people ther liers and a man that age shouldnt be acting like a child and trying to put a young man like junior down . I moved into the area from Tempe a year ago and I was excited to find there was Frank's so close by. I'm familiar with their AZ Mills mall shop and hoped this shop possessed some of the same talent. I was not let down. I personally get a clean fade from the barber Bernie who has the first chair to your left when you walk in. I say that because Bernie makes my fades seem effortless although I know the right side of my head is stubborn and hard to fade. I know this because I sometimes fade my own hair. It's all about finding the right talent and there are a few more good barbers in this shop. The shop manager Philip is great and he's brave enough to try my cut ideas. Last but not least there's a girl who sits in the back right who is pretty good too. I can't vouch for every one else who works there though. Just so you know, I'm a 32 year old Hispanic guy with plenty of experience with different barber shop...

Update: This place seems past it's prime or they are struggling. The last two people who have cut my hair here are clearly not barbers. Two visits ago one of the barbers was actually coming over and showing the lady cutting my hair what to do. Today a different lady was cutting my hair with no comb or finger on my hair - Just scissors in the air. The best thing to do here is to find someone who can cut hair and wait in line for them. Just letting the next person cut your hair is a recipe for issues.

Nice place, staff is friendly and I always get a good cut (sometimes shorter than I want though). I come on Saturdays and there is always plenty of staff on duty. On the times the wait is long I just grab some...
