TERRIBLE service!! We got mani pedis during our time at ipolish. The pedicures were beautiful but the manicures turned out like this... The pink nails, on an 11 year old mind you-- jagged edges, misshapen nails that are more like talons (not at all what she verbally asked for), and different thickness and length per nail. For the French tipped nails, that they had already attempted to fix once-- are grainy/bubbly and they had to use gel in order to conceal that you can see plastic tip underneath, and again...jagged edges. When it came time to pay (over two hours since starting), I kindly explained that we were disappointed in the work and that we were going to have to go get our nails fixed the next day. I pointed out that there were multiple points during the visit that we expressed our dissatisfaction and that the outcome was one that I was not willing to pay for. However, I did reassure them that I was more than happy to pay for the pedicures because we were more than satisfied with those. I said all this very kindly and I was even kind of embarrassed for I'm a softer personality. Well, let me tell you. That did not go over well. Myself and my 11 year old were then yelled at by multiple workers saying that we HAD to pay for the service that we received despite it being poor service. YELLED AT. It was a full blown scene. The man who did my 11 year olds nails then proceeded to yell that it was exactly identical to the photo that she showed him. She showed him no photo-- she didn't have her phone on her and later confirmed with me that she didn't use a magazine or the man's phone. So he's beyond rude AND a liar. They then proceeded to pull my 11 year olds arm over the counter and pass around her hand in disgust that we would be complaining. One lady even tried to aggressively file her nails down at the check out counter. They had nothing to say about the disaster that I was wearing on my hands (the French tips) and would revert the yelling and attention back to my 11 year old whenever I would bring them up. The yelling continued until I agreed to pay for the complete "service". I disputed the charges and they got NOTHING. To ipolish-- I am disgusted by your staff. I had no issue in paying for a service well done (pedicures) and was still even willing to tip despite the poor customer service. I was NOT willing to be treated like trash or to let you try to intimidate us by your yelling and gossiping in your language. I don't feel at all guilty that in the end, you got nothing. Everything in this world comes back to you and all you really did was bite yourself. Thanks for the free toes. They look great.

My first time here. Nice, kind, and friendly people. Great service! Great conversation with the staffs. My friend booked via phone a few days in advance. We checked in and not long after we got called to start the process. It was a Saturday afternoon not crowded. The price is maybe average. I rarely get to do this. We had our pedicure done the total cost for both with a classic pedicure is $86-90 without tips.

The first time I went here I loved it. The nail tech did great work and I was very happy with my set. So I made an appointment for a fill. The second time around I got a different nail tech. She started my fill and grabbed clear acrylic. I stopped her and told her the original tech had used a colored acrylic and since I was getting a French, it would be noticeable if there was a different color. She argued with me that the original acrylic was clear. I mean I could see it was a different color. It’s already so uncomfortable speaking up at the nail salon so the fact that she was arguing with me made it worse. She brought out colored acrylics and told me none of them matched. She was visibly annoyed and I apologized for being difficult but said I was 100% sure the other tech had used a color acrylic. She went on for about 15 mins. Finally she asked the original tech.. to which she replied yes, she used a colored acrylic and brought it out. So.. finally that was figured out and I sighed a breath of relief. Well we got started on gel polish. I showed her two pictures of what I wanted (last picture of my review). What she did is.. similar but definitely not what I wanted. This set is less that 24 hours old and it looks BAD. there are black specs under the clear top coat. The top part of the nail is VISIBLY Chunkier than the base of the nail. The acrylic is lifting. I am highly considering going somewhere to get them redone because they look BAD.

If I could give zero stars I would. I don't know where to begin but I will try to sum up all that was wrong. I went in with some friends because we were referred to this place. When we got there, they don't social distance. They have guards up between the staff and clients but put everyone right next to each other. Then, while were were in the chairs, two of us heard the staff members being rude to the client that they had. However we minded our business and just went on with it. The girl I personally had was nice and asked what I wanted, but then didn't speak the rest of the time. Initially they looked ok, so I paid and went on my way. The very next day, the sides all started lifting and cracking, and the top coat that was on there was chipping and cracking. I called the next day and the manager Kim got on the phone. She explained that if I wanted to go back that they can look at them and redo if they feel like it needs to be done. I explained that I do not live in Phoenix and that I am over an hour away and can't get there during their business hours. I told her that I would be happy to submit pictures as proof but would like either a refund. She said that a refund is not an option and the only thing I can do is go in right away to have them redo it. After back and forth again of why that was not possible during their hours, she said all I can do is email and possibly be issued a gift certificate. The entire time of the conversation, she kept talking over me and cutting me off. Then when I asked for a contact to speak to the owner, she said I can only email. I confirmed and asked if it would go to the owner, or is it just going to that location and she will get the email because I didn't want to waste my time. She said, no the owner gets it, so if I wanted to complain, that the owner would get it directly. I emailed the email she told me and also sent pictures as well and never got a response. I emailed back to follow up a few days later with more pictures, and sure enough, Kim responded and said oh they look fine and there's nothing they can do. I will admit my pictures only showed a couple areas because you can't get close without the pictures being blurry, however the ones I did send showed the problems of cracking and lifting. When I responded to reach out to an owner again, and also call her out on her lies, not to mention now ironically I can't submit my complaint on her or the shop, I got no response. Worst experience I have ever had at a shop and it was way overpriced. All around it was a...
