Yesterday I was treated with very little respect and Customer Service treatment from one of the associates at the Camelback colonnade location, Michael’s. So I called the customer service number and talk to them for an hour and 15 minutes then was hung up on either on purpose, or by accident, regardless to that. I felt very unheard and not respected as a loyal customer so I don’t know where today this morning on the 20th of December I received a call from the manager at that same location who had heard from either the District Manager or Customer Service themselves and she wanted to check up on me from yesterday’s incident and I told her what happened and that I was going to go to a whole other Michaels location even though it would’ve been father for me just to be able to do what I needed to do as a promise that the other manager at the other location would have done for me, So she said if I will give her another chance, she will do what I needed, and that she was deeply apologetic on behalf of the employee that will be given more Trainning and should have been the one due for owing me the apology, that being said… This is the Customer Service that should be given Emily gave me with any store or any corporation so I was very pleased and will be coming back due to Emily’s exceptional customer service and need a demand for listening to the customers needs, wants, and treating them like a human being...
Read moreI purchased bulk canvases online for store pick up. This was my first time ordering online for store pick up. Online said nothing about time or restrictions. I was in that area and decided to stop in and pick my order. I went to the front and the cashier pointed me to stand in the area to wait for someone to help me. So i went to wait when this blond lady came up annoyed and rude. She had no courtesy towards me the customer. She started off with an attitude saying that after five they do not do the online orders. Online said nothing about this and the lady at the register didn’t address this either. She could have said it more politely and not as aggressive. I was confused and thrown off at how rude she was. I even volunteered to grab the canvases myself but she did not care and walked over to grab the product from the entrance. She threw my canvases that I already paid for on the small counter and left to get the print out. She came back with the print out and did not offer a bag or any courtesy at all. This was the worst customer service i have ever received!! Not only was this so bad I found out she is the manager!! I was so upset about this experience i will no longer come to this location!! Read moreKat in the Framing Department is by far the best framer I have worked with. I have been framing at this location for a while, and Kathryn recently took over my account. The product she produces is phenomenal! The framing I do is not just custom framing, but the backs have custom holes cut out for art authenticity, and they have never looked this good. Everything is perfectly cut, the backs are all the same color, and she even put on little stickers for "white glove handling by Kat" on the backs. They look so professional and perfect! Thank you, Kat, for your one-on-one treatment, and for following through with everything we discuss.
Kat also has an amazing personality, making a business transaction much better and more fun. She is excited about my projects every time I see her; she is always smiling and has a very genuine character.
This girl deserves a raise, or we can start small with a bonus! =) Employees like Kat are hard to find. You are lucky to have her....
