HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! I ordered a Togo order with three double chickens. As soon as we got home to check the order, which we have ordered numerous times before, I noticed the items did not have double chicken. I proceeded to call and speak to someone over the phone, not only did the phone ring for 16 MINUTES, but the girl had zero costumer service skills and was extremely rude! I proceeded to ask to speak to a manager, when she told me she could not give me their information.... I can't know your managers name?! I've worked in the service industry for many years and would never speak to someone, the way she did. I then asked for her name, so I could relay her conversation, which she told me that is none of my information. By the way her name is on my receipt and her name is Diane F. I live 30 minutes away and her only solution was to drive back right now if I wanted my order to get fixed/my money back. When I proceeded to tell her I was not driving 30 minutes for her mistake she proceeded to tell me she would do nothing and give me no contact information for a manger, nor a resolution. BEST PART OF IT. She proceeded to hang up on me, but didn't hang up the phone and continued to CUSS at me. This costumer service is absolutely unacceptable. Read moreI tried their food for the 1st time yesterday. The guy at the front explained to me well about their food so I was impressed with his enthusiasm. They prepare their food pretty much from scratch and put the food in containers as to go food. Customer can eat there or take to go. The food had plenty enough vegetables and meat and was delicious. I love Sala Thai restaurant food which is more sweet side.Thai chili was even better because it was not as sweet and still delicious. The only down side is food preparation is bit longer than fast food restaurants. We as customers should not get upset about the waiting time since we get individually prepared, pretty impressive to go food. I mention this because I went back again today and saw an up set customer due to his waiting time. I also wish they keep putting plenty of vegetables and meats in the food even after they become busier. I believe this business is destined to be successful. Read moreThis place used to be great, but it’s really gone downhill lately. The curry containers now come half full, which feels like a complete ripoff. If you’re going to charge full price, you should be giving people a full portion — not 50%.
Prices have also gone up significantly, and not in a way that feels justifiable. I ordered not too long ago, and when I went to place the same order again, the price had jumped noticeably. It’s even worse on delivery apps, where the markups are hard to ignore.
The kitchen also seems disorganized and slow. I’ve even received dishes with undercooked veggies, which just adds to the frustration.
To be fair, there is one employee who always goes above and beyond — she once gave me a free drink because the wait was excessive, and she handled it with genuine kindness. She’s a bright spot in an otherwise declining experience.
