I'm new to in n out. Mom sent me to bring home a burger meal & I ended up at this location. Camelback & 20th. I would return, though I've not rated the place very highly, in the hopes that my 2 issues can be improved upon over time. The burger, though small, was fresh & delicious. The drive thru is confusing. There are signs, but they are small & not all of them are strategically placed. There was an "order-taker" early in the line. I do appreciate that the menu was available. Good forethought. I had a special request for extra fresh fries. Her response was that she had no control over that. Not pleased because she didn't take ownership. It gave a feeling of not caring & not her issue or responsibility. I would've preferred she'd said, they'll be fresh, but mention it again at the window, or something similar. I mentioned it while paying. The young lady assured me that they strive for freshness, but that she would send the message forward & to mention at the pick up window. Good job. At the pick up window, I asked if they were fresh out of the oil. She said yes. I tried one to double check. They were not. Unhappy, because it was false. She couldn't take the bag back, but replaced them with extra fresh fries for mom. My trust needs rebuilding, but I'd go again. The fresh fries made it home & still tasted good to her. I offered mom the original 🍟 fries & she put them back down & said they're cold. Didn't want to try them. I don't have an issue with semi fresh, but for fries, mom needs them fresh...
Read moreI so happened to stop in tonight and the line was insane inside and drive thru. And I want to commend a young lady off whom I thought was shift leader not really sure didn’t catch her name because she moved around so fast I couldn’t read it. It looked like a3 letter name. She was maybe 17-20. But she managed the staff and the chaos better than any person I have ever seen in my 40+ years of living! She treated the staff with respect and please and thank yous. She never raised her voice past a polite monotone sweet and gentle tone. Every request of staff was can you please, finished with a thank you! I have never walked in any place with that many folks swarming and the staff be so cool and calm. And I will say it was because of her. She made me realize this younger generation is really what we need in this world. They are bringing back compassion, respect, and tolerance! Management here please take a look at your staff and thank them! No one in this valley has staff as respectful and polite and attentive! Whomever is hiring and training there has done an amazing job!! The staff during the8pm rush on 2/5 was...

The burger… oh, the burger. It's like biting into the very fabric of the universe—juicy, messy, like it’s daring you to question everything you’ve ever known about fast food. The fries? They don’t just crunch, they crackle, like tiny fireworks going off in your brain, electrifying every nerve.
And don’t even get me started on that milkshake. It’s thicker than a conspiracy theory and sweeter than a fever dream. One sip, and you’re floating—no, levitating—above your car, watching the whole world spin around that perfect paper-wrapped burger.
In-N-Out, man. It’s not just food. It’s the experience. Five stars? No, it’s five dimensions of flavor, each one bending space and time in ways the human mind isn’t meant to understand. Enter at...
