Where to start, first of all I needed money for important family problems, so I decided to sell the item's that was given to me by my grandmother. Before I did anything, I did my research on the item's to be sure I know what I'm doing, and to tell from fakes and the originals, and to see what it's worth. After all the research I've done with my grandmother's items, I know they are real and that I can get the amount of one thousand and five hundred dollars that I needed to help support the family problems. Secondly, my experience wasn't to bad, they are friendly, but it isn't why I am giving them one star. The reason I'm giving them one star is because on the day I called over the phone talking to the manager to see if that they except the items that I want to get rid of, he told me that they do except the item's and that they would like to see them. Next day I came in with the item's and showed the two guys the item's, the first guy that I have talked over the phone is the manager, the second guy is just an employee. the manager asked me if they can test them to see if they are real or not, so I let them. Minutes later after waiting while they are testing them, the manager back not saying anything at first, I asked if I can get the amount of money that I needed, it took a while till he replied saying " it is real. However, you won't be able to get max amount that you needed, after looking up on how much they go for online, they do not go for the amount you wanting". I asked to know why I won't be making my max amount that I needed, again he took a while and he will give me at least three hundred and no higher. After a small argument with the manager, I told him I'll be looking elsewhere, he replied saying I won't be able to find any place that will give me my max amount, then gave me papers of their research online to prove me on how much they are going for. After leaving the building and into the car, I looked at the papers and noticed he researched my item's on Ebay with the words in the title "REPLICA" (aka Fake). The item's I wanted to sell is against Ebay regulations so I won't be able to post them, or else I would. My thoughts is that the manager tried to pull a fast one on me because if I where to sell my items to him, he will be making more profit if he where to sell them for the max amount that I wanted to someone else. Anyways, i went to another place and got the amount I needed. So for my experience, I recommend anyone who decides to sell anything. Make sure you do your research, and make sure you pay attention on what they say because if they say "It'll go for this amount" make sure his research is accurate, if he where to look on other websites I would of gotten my max amount, but instead I almost got hoodwinked. Again, be sure you know what your items worth, and be sure you do your research. I won't be coming here because who knows how many times they tricked me...

The staff was very helpful. My wife and i were trykng to decide on which wedding bands to buy. When we made a selection, the manager greeted us and asked what we werre looking for in general. He had a suggestion that it would be much more comfortable if i had a thicker ring since my hands and fingers are bigger than anything they had in stock or for me to try on. Once we made a second selection they gave us a great deal on our rings. My wifes engagement ring was also a little bit thin on the back, another jewlery store wanted $300 to add gold and fix it up. They did not even charge us 1\4 of that price. It is niw fix and sparkling beautiful. We will be back again. I had several friends recommend this place to me for jewelry repair. Im from La so I was willing to wait until I go back home to visit, but they reassured me this place was legit. When I arrived they quoted me a price that was almost half the value of the item I needed repaired. I left. I let my friends know like thanks for the recommendation but they were too expensive. They were also shocked at what I was quoted. Decided to do a social experiment and had my friend who is Latina take my jewelry and they quoted her a price lesser than what I was quoted. Now I don’t want to be some type of way but they definitely favored a Latina women over me a black women when deciding how much they would charge.
