Emily at Michaels Creative Jewelry made our dreams come true! We visited several other well rated jewelers across the valley and no one was willing to help us design a custom ring. We were working with several diamond from family rings to create our engagement ring. Emily dug through the archives and brought out trays and tray of old ring forms for us to pick from. She really listed to what we were looking for and didn’t stop until we found it! We really appreciated how Emily walked us through the process and didn’t miss a beat answering our many many questions. The ring and the whole buying experience exceeded our expectations in every way. I know I’m biased but when multiple people say “it’s the prettiest ring I’ve ever seen” I have to agree! Love the staff at Michaels, I've been in several times. Their repair work is fantastic, and they have checked polished tightened my loose stones for no cost at times before as a recurring customer. I have purchased and custom created pieces with them several times. The quality of their jewel setters for custom work is amazing. Yes I do loupe and actively engage in learning about jewels, gemstone and workmanship. I have worked with many jewelers across the US but for convenience and comfort will just drop off pieces that need some love to them. I do find some of their prices ok seems standard pricing for a Brick and Mortar store.

I had a wonderful experience at Michael’s Creative Jewelry in Ahwatukee. Randy was the designer who helped me. I was wanting to design a new wedding ring using the stones from my great grandmother’s and my grandmother’s wedding rings. I had been to some other jewelry stores that tried to push me into just trading in the stones for a new ring but it was important to me to use the actual stones. Randy listened and we spent some time in the store looking at potential designs and he was very patient with me until we found one.
