Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Phoenix

I just left this place and I’m in shocked. I ordered food at 8:30 and asked what time will it be ready (2 entree meals.) the lady said 8 mins. I arrive at 8:50, she said 3 more mins. Two new customers walk in and there food is ready within 5 mins and they leave. I have now been there for 20mins. I walk to the cashier and ask what is going on!? She said “oh are you waiting for a Togo order?” Mind you... I paid and she knew this. I’m the only one waiting. She then goes to the back and says my meal has been ready for 20 mins🧐?! She says sorry, do you want a cookie??! I said no. I’d like my food to be warm. She apologized and said she’s already broke down the kitchen. Unreal. Never returning. One bad review speaks louder than 5 good ones. Get your restaurant...

Edit: I take back anything I said good about this place. Came here for food a second time and got completely screwed. Horrible customer service, and unwilling workers. Gave me small instead of large drinks, gave my food out to somebody else, and then continues to make other orders while I waited 20 minutes for mine. The workers the whole time just didn't care, didn't have any honesty to tell me they gave me the wrong size drinks, which I could hear them talking about behind the counter, and one had said "eh, who cares anyway". Ridiculously rude, inconsiderate people. I will never be going here again. It's already bad that they are overcharging for mediocre food, but now to have these workers to screw people over. I'm done with it. I would give them zero...

Food is SO generic. I could have made these dishes better at home. The pot stickers are smashed so flat they are pancakes.(see photo) The filler is dry and crumbly with very little flavor. The dipping sauce was actually cold right out of the refrigerator. Nothing like dipping a warm item into very cold sauce. The Japanese noodles are doughy and taste like flour. Meat balls are horrible. They are all filler, grisly, and very greasy. The Pesto is very geasy. Oil seperated right out and pooled at the bottom of the bowl. Kids mac and cheese has a bland cheese sauce with a handfull of UNMELTED shredded cheese thrown on top. Food and drinks for two adults and two kids with an appetizer was almost $60 dollars.
