I am a Family Nurse Practitioner at the Norton Thoracic Institute at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Recently, while driving home on the I-10 freeway, I experienced a sudden tire blowout on my right rear passenger side. The situation left me feeling anxious and helpless.

As I carefully exited at University Drive, I was relieved to see a Phoenix Fire Department truck nearby. The firefighters kindly followed me to a safe spot on the side of the road and immediately offered their assistance. They changed my tire, added air to the spare, and ensured that I was safe to continue my journey.

Your team truly felt like angels sent to help in my time of need. I am deeply grateful for your compassion, professionalism, and quick response. I pray that the Lord keeps you and your families safe and well always. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness...

unacceptable bunch of Ignorant workers I shouldn't be subjected to any forms of abuse & being thrown around like a rag doll they need to be fired Asap!! this applies to ambulance services as well...
