Phoenix Municipal Court — Local services in Phoenix

My case started as a minor traffic ticket -- old sticker on my car's license plate -- and turned into my being hit with an additional $861 punishment, even after doing everything I was told to do! I appeared on time to this courthouse and, instead of being given the opportunity to speak with a judge, was given a form to fill out and was told I'd be contacted after the judge reviewed my case. Since then I have received exactly ZERO communications from the Phoenix Municipal Court. Instead, I began receiving notices from MVD saying I had failed to appear in court (!) and wouldn't be allowed to register my family's vehicles. So I called MVD. They were somewhat helpful, but ended up transferring me to this courthouse. As soon as I began talking with the people here over the phone I was treated with contempt and given the runaround. In my most recent call today (8/28/2025) someone named Veronica answered the phone. She started by asking a question and, after giving me only 1 or 2 seconds to respond, interrupted, saying "it's a yes or no question." (Well, my situation doesn't warrant a yes or no answer!) After a couple more rough interactions she said she'd be transferring me to someone who would help me set up a payment plan. Then silence, and...she hung up. For all of those with negative and disappointed EXPERIENCES including myself, from this type quasi- judicial courts (fake courts), file a judicial complaint against the judge with the Commission on Judicial Conduct WEBSITE, (THE JUDGES could BE REMOVED, SUSPENDED, ETC), file your complaint and add all the details, ask for the name of the judge FYI "JUDGES AND STAFF IN GENERAL refused to sign judgements with their name, JUDGES instead sign with a number. MAKE IT MAKE SENCE AMERICA PLEASE !!!!

File complaint against the clerks and the bailiff staff with the court administrator, mayor and council. court staff never take the time to address google reviews!

If applicable, also file a complaint against the law enforcement officer. ( MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THEIR SERIAL NUMBER not badge number)
