Charles Pugh House - Historic 1897 Victorian — Local services in Phoenix

Horrible, should be torn down. Boarded up abandoned building. Somebody is feeding stray cats there that are severly injured, sickly and scared. The city needs to do something about it. It's inhumane! Those cats should be trapped and taken to a shelter so they can get medical care and proper treatment! Shame on the city of Phoenix or whoever is allowing this to go on!!!! This IS NOT A TOURIST SITE, IT'S A SHAME...

It's amazing this is still standing. It is sadly in bad condition, and only deteriorating further to the point where it will be too far gone to bring back or do anything with. It is only a matter of time before some developer razes the house to build some apartment or condo. That thought is heartbreaking...but a sad reality in Phoenix. I guess that's why they call it...

It's in very bad need of repairs. One of the photos I have posted on Google Maps is of the North side of the home that hasn't been seen in many many years due to the fact that the former Oniels printing building was hiding it. Well not anymore because they have torn it down to build yet more expensive apartment buildings next...
