Oh boy where do I start... First of all I don't think they will even take the time to handle my response to the worst food and service I've had in 40 years of my life, but here we go. Cold beans and cold rice for side dishes. Granted my wife said the one taquito out of the four was good she didn't get to eat the rest of them do to the fact that the waiter took the plate back to the kitchen and just compensated her meal from the bill. As far as my $11 single tortilla folded in half with the slightest hint of cheese that they call a quesadilla in there entree section of the menu was paired with some old chips and a $6 coke in a bottle. I will say the coke in the bottle was worth it. When my wife asked to speak to the manager about the service provided he came to the table and insisted that she had an attitude and was angry. We have been married for going on 11 years now so trust me when I say angry she was not. I would not and will never go back to nor would I refer someone to this place. By the way if your a family or faith based person the music that is so loud the servers can't hear you over it talking about some extremely vulgar things people do behind closed door. Ain't no shame in the game anymore let alone they just write off your comments and concerns as if your just an attitude or angry even...
Read moreCocina 10 is one of the best restaurants in the valley! I have so many favorites on the menu that it’s hard to choose… From the cheesy bean dip and elote appetizers to the papas Fritas and taco apson, the flavors are all amazing. Their chips are always served thin, crispy and warm and pair so well with both of their salsas but I can never get enough of the red salsa! I also love the Tinga Tostada and douse everything in their jalapeño crema. All the burritos are generously portioned and you can tell they value the ingredient balance and ratios. They also have a killer cocktail menu and an eclectic mix of local and imported beers and wines and there is guaranteed to be something to please every palate. The vibe of the dining room and patio is very inviting and service is warm and welcoming. I love the decorative table liners and lush plants around the patio. Restrooms are always clean and well stocked. Bonus: you’re likely to stumble upon a fun trivia night or live show every night of the week. This Phoenix gem truly is the perfect mix of food, fun...
Read moreMore of a party/group vibe than for a quick Mexican fix. I went for a couple of tacos based on reviews; on entry they asked me to pay 23$ for a salsa show which had started 2h prior and would end in less than an hour from when I arrived. When I said I just wanted to eat I was advised to seat myself, I waited quite a while for a server who took my order and proceeded to take my credit card “to start a tab” which I thought was very strange. My food arrived (2 tacos and a margarita) with a handful of chips on the side which was nice, however any Mexican place I visit generally provide a small salsa with the chips, this place didn’t. The server didn’t ask if I needed anything else when he brought the food either. The thing that really bothered me was that there were no napkins provided which generally is something that’s required with tacos. Maybe I had different expectations however if you want a low key taco joint this isn’t it. The food...
