Every time I leave, my set looks just as good weeks later as it did the day I got it done.

They definitely live up to the name. I found them online and made a same day appt. I had to get labs drawn before I headed to my nail appt and had a bad reaction. I was home within 10 minutes and incredibly sick. As soon as I could I called and explained the situation. They didn’t care. The woman who answered the phone was so rude and first said it was fine they wouldn’t charge me to move it. Then the story changed and I was going to be charged a rescheduling fee. Then when I explained again, and said then I’ll just cancel, she said, then we’ll charge you 100%. Was going to be a first time customer. Feel like I dodged a bullet with this snobby place. I completely understand their time is valuable. But their open availability for the day, literally an appt open every hour, same day appt made, and then asking to reschedule bc I so sick I could barely walk…with no grace. Beware as their nails may be top notch but their inflexibility and incredibly rude customer service doesn’t seem like it would...

I booked a manicure for 7 pm for 60 minutes. I arrived to the appointment 5 minutes early and the technician told me they will be with me shortly. I asked again at 7:05 pm and I was once again told that they just need a couple of minutes. At 7:12 pm, I had still not started my manicure. At that point, the technician told me that they need at least 10-15 more minutes to finish with the client they were working with. I told them I will need to cancel my appointment and leave because I had somewhere to be and I was going to be late. I was subsequently charged 50$ cancellation fee. When I called to request an explanation, I was told that they have a 20 minute grace period for the nail technicians so I was still going to be charged because I did not wait 20 minutes before I left, even though I was clearly told that they were running more than 20 minutes behind.
