Edit to my review: I have received an email stating that after two months of waiting the suns shop cancelled my order with no explanation. I called into customer service and they said they donât know what happened that the system did it itself and that they canât do anything about it. They said that there is nothing they can do for me and that if I order the product again there is still no guarantee that I will get the product. I have never dealt with such awful customer service and will not be ordering from them again.
If I could leave no stars, I would. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered a jersey almost two months ago that was supposed to be delivered no later than December 13th. The order is still in processing and has not even shipped. I contacted customer service several times and they said that they canât do anything about processing times and that I can either continue to wait or request a refund. Seems to me that they are wanting people to cancel their orders because they know they canât fulfill them. Needless to say, I am still waiting on a jersey that I paid $175 for. Every time I've placed an order, the lead times have been long, and the items have not arrived even by the projected long lead times, so I'm used to that. This latest order- for a Christmas gift- I made sure to place in November so that it would arrive in time. I paid extra for two-day expedited shipping. After a week, I had not received my item, so I called and got my expedited shipping charge refunded. Now a month later and 4 days to Christmas, my item still hasn't arrived. Try to use the "Live Chat" feature on the website and nobody's ever available, please try again later. Try to call, and nobody has any answers. I've had an "escalated ticket" and a "re-escalated ticket" created by the customer service phone operators, and the follow up e-mail I got the next day said "We don't have a shipping update at this time." There are a number of ways to purchase Suns merchandise, and the on-line Suns team shop is the absolute worst, most unprofessional, most aggravating one. Not sure why the team shop even...

Mercury win a tough game to get them in the WNBA finals and the employees of this place are rude and unhelpful and not letting us use a valid coupon. My daughter and I were talking about the poor service to each other as we were leaving and they proceeded to taunt us and make rude comments and then as we were leaving they were leaving shortly after us and continued to yell at us, pointing fingers and laughing loudly. I don't appreciate this type of treatment from a place that I spend hard-earned money.
