Food itself was 4/5 stars, very delicious. The food and water is the only reason I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1.
Problems with this place:
This place is NOT autism friendly. Like, not at all.
If you want to order to go, there’s no option to actually do it without going inside and getting a table. online system is completely broken extremely loud environment with loud music, loud people no accommodations for people with severe sensory issues (I’m talking not even basic accommodations like being able to order to go at the front)
In a state of hungry sensory overload, I naively thought I could order from this place, pick it up, and go without needing to suffer more sensory overload.
The only way you can order to go at all is to go inside, get a table, wait 20 minutes at the table in an extremely loud environment, put in earplugs and pray 🙏 extremely annoying music, they were seriously understaffed which I understand but I’m not sure why being understaffed requires you to get a table in order to order to-go.
I suppose if you don’t mind noise and annoying music, if that’s your thing, it might be 3/5 stars.
Servers seemed really stressed out and overloaded (not their fault). It really seems like this place needs to hire more people, both servers and developers for their online system.
As an autistic person, IMO, I don’t ask for a lot in terms of accommodation. Something as basic as online ordering should be functional - otherwise don’t advertise it and tell me it is working.
Then if it’s not working, people should be able to order from the front to go without having to suffer through 20 minutes of overstimulation. Like I get that this is a bar, I understand that, and I get that the vibe they’re going for is a loud party environment. But seriously - don’t act like this is an easy option for ordering to go, advertising it all over the place, only for people who actually want to do it to waste time ordering online until checkout fails in the website.
And if they are so understaffed then they need to hire more servers to prevent burnout because at least 2 people I met here seemed like they would rather not be there, they seemed ready to quit their jobs. (Which I understand and emphasize with, working retail is never easy)
That in itself is a sign that you need to hire more people. Especially in a popular touristy place...

This will be the 3rd time we have been to this place. The first time and the second time we visited this place , we have an amazing experience. The 3rd (07/29/23)was horrible!
Let’s start with the receptionist in the front. I did not get her name. But she has red hair. Anyways we made a reservation for four, however we saw a friend right out side the building and decided to invite him. So we kindly ask the lady at reservations if we can change the reservations for 5 and immediately her tone and demeanor change. She was so rude to us. She explained that they can’t accommodate us without a proper reservations and credit card on hold. We took a peak at how busy they are and saw that it was not busy at all and that we can wait. She then placed us to the worst corner of the bar.(which is not even inside but outside of the bar).
We didn’t want to argue so we then agreed to just stay. She took our orders on drinks. She got two of them wrong. We said fine - we’ll just drink it.
The second order was food. She got that wrong again! We ordered sliders we got full burger. We ordered hurricane Fries add bacon and fried egg and we receive a random plain frites! We confronted her about this order mishaps and she firmly said “you guys ordered that” even though there’s 5 of us heard the exact order.
The service was so bad we decided to just leave. To be honest I don’t think we’ll be back. And I don’t even know why we even tipped . It was such a disappointment for a friends bday celebration.
Our total bill was $280
We still got charge for the mistaken...
Read moreImagine, if you will, a culinary odyssey where the first challenge is the Herculean wait for a mere glimpse of a beverage. Fifteen minutes ticked by - an epoch in the realm of thirst - as we sat, parched and forlorn, awaiting the mystical arrival of our drinks. This was but a prelude to the gastronomic sprint that followed.
Our main course arrived in what can only be described as a culinary blitzkrieg. There we were, barely digesting the appetizers, when suddenly, like a foodie’s version of a speed dating event, our entrees made their whirlwind entrance. My wife, in a valiant effort to keep pace, barely managed her last morsel when the unspoken signal was given – our time at this establishment had unceremoniously expired.
Throughout this rapid-fire dining experience, the notion of a ‘second drink’ became a distant, unattainable dream. Our parched throats ached for attention, but alas, it was not to be. And dessert? A mere figment of our imagination, a sweet fantasy never to be realized.
As for the seating? Ah, the seating. Despite the promise of a reservation, we found ourselves relegated to a table that would have made a sardine feel claustrophobic.
The food, whilst passable, was akin to a Shakespearean tragedy – full of sound and fury, signifying nothing. It was, in the grand scheme of things, ‘okay’ – the culinary equivalent of a shrug.
In summary, this restaurant is the perfect destination for those who enjoy the thrill of being ignored, the excitement of eating under pressure, and the joy of leaving with the speed of a fleeing gazelle. We shall not be returning, unless we develop a sudden fondness for...
