Smoky's Furniture — Local services in Pigeon Forge

We had a FANTASTIC experience at Smoky's Furniture! I needed to furnish an entire cabin - quickly - and had already visited several well-known and highly recommended furniture stores in the local area and as far away as Knoxville. Unfortunately, none of them could accommodate our unique situation: spiral staircases that made indoor access nearly impossible. We needed the furniture hoisted from the outside decks.

When I walked into Smoky's and explained the situation, Alva immediately said, “No problem!” Within an hour, I had selected everything I needed—sectionals, sleeper sofas, end tables, bed frames, and even sturdy outdoor Adirondack chairs. The prices were incredibly reasonable, and both the delivery, hoisting fees, and haul away charges were fair.

Honestly, I was a little skeptical when Alva told me everything was in stock and could be delivered in just a few days—but they absolutely delivered (literally)! Jeremy, Michael, and Jordan arrived with a full truckload and spent hours working hard—removing my old furniture and carefully bringing in the new pieces. They were professional, efficient, and didn’t stop until everything was perfect. They took the upmost care with my home and were so polite, helpful, and friendly!

The furniture looks beautiful in our space and is clearly of high quality. The memory foam mattresses on the sleeper sofas are incredibly comfortable - a huge upgrade!

I got turned on to Smoky's by a friend that is a high end log cabin construction general contractor, mostly used as rentals. They use Smoky's largely, if not exclusively, to furnish these Appalachian architectural marvels. I was concerned that Smoky's might only be aligned with the log cabin motif, but quickly found out that they do just about everything, in just about every decorator design category. I wanted a (more conventional) new bedroom group, shopped it at 3 other big box furniture stores, and brought the need to Smoky's to review. They blew the competition away, processed my order, and followed it all the way through to fully satisfied delivery and setup. I should add that they also treated me right on an in-store display dining set, and found me some unusual, quirky living room table and cabinet needs. They know their stuff, and don't just throw a catalog at you and tell you to sit down and start studying. Instead, they consider your goals and already have a half dozen ideas formulating in their design thought process, and steer you toward specific product lines that match the mental picture you just created.
