I recently visited Smokey Cigar Smoke Shop and had an absolute phenomenal experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a stunning array of cigars in the humidor.

But what truly made my visit stand out was the exceptional service provided by Slate. This guy is a cigar aficionado's dream come true! Slate took the time to carefully listen to my preferences and offered expert recommendations from the vast selection in the humidor.

His knowledge of the various cigar brands, blends, and origins was truly impressive. Slate's passion for cigars is contagious, and his enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable.

I’m from the UK 🇬🇧 but a really good friend has taken a vacation over the pond and knows how much I’m into my cigars. As she doesn’t really know much about cigars she asked the staff to FaceTime me whilst I’m still here in the 🇬🇧 so that they could show me around the store and so I could pick out some cigars. I can honestly say the kind gentleman that FaceTimed me was extremely professional and knowledgeable on his cigars and suggested some great new smokes for me to try most of which we can’t get here in the 🇬🇧. Considering I’m not even in the country the staff member went above and beyond to help me out and I wish all companies offered this type of service.
