WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Went in today looking for some shirts for my boyfriend. We walked in and saw a t-shirt he liked and I grabbed his size and unfolded the shirt. He didn't like the shape of it so I folded it back and sat it back in the pile. Roy then approached us pretty much scolding us for unfolding the shirt stating that they do a good job of making the store look good, don't unfold the cloths unless you plan to try it on. We proceed to look through the store, and we found a shirt he wanted, but it was hung high up. I asked Roy if he wouldn't mind grabing the shirt. Well apparently I called it the wrong type of shirt, and he proceeded to hand me a different one. When I said that's not the right one he stated, well I was just giving you what you asked for, and had an attitude about it. We did end up buying the shirt, but only because we needed it ASAP! If we hadn't have needed it so soon I would have left in a heartbeat. We will never step back into this location ever again. I will just order online or go to another store! DO BETTER ABOUT MAKING YOUR CUSTOMERS FEEL...

This store is a great place to buy all of your plus size men clothing. I recently purchased 3 dress shirts for my husband and they all are perfect.

The one thing I will say about this location though is I had placed my order for pickup at the Pigeon Forge location. In my confirmation email it says to call the store once I am in the parking lot and they will bring my order out to me. Great! But, when I called, the man who took the call walked away from the phone to verify they had my order and I could hear him complaining on the other end with a female co-worker about how it is so "stupid" that people are too lazy to walk in and get their orders and how they call and make him walk it out to us. I know he didn't know I could hear him, but its still hurtful to hear that. If the store would prefer people to walk in automatically and pick up their order, they should change their confirmation email to state that instead of to call the store and have it brough out to you. My uncle who is in his 70's went into your store and asked to use the restroom. The store manager told him because he was not shopping could not use the restroom. He made it down the sidewalk to Burkes but could not make it to the restroom in time. It's an extremely embarrassing situation for an elderly couple. I have bought clothes at DXL'S for quite some time, and I have witnessed this manager being rude to customers in the past. You can spend thousands of dollars on advertising but word of mouth is still the best. I have never been one to complain but after looking at your guys reviews it seems I'm not the only one. Me or none my friends will never step foot in that store again. The manager is a black eye to the reputation of the company. Maybe because he is a manager he thinks he is invincible.
