Went there to pick up an item that originally was canceled on an order from another location. What a POOR/JAW DROPPING experience. Shame on the Manager (I know that's who he was, an employee for Target would NEVER act like this).... I placed and order for "Drive up" so that I do not have to enter the store. I had been sick recently and came out of remission. My immune system is low and for this reason, I have been ordering everything I need online. Well..... a promotion (sale) was announced in their weekly ad. "Buy 2 get 1 free on games, entertainment & more", I bought from another location 3 of 4 qualifying items. One of the qualifying items was not available so the email they sent me asked me to choose another store location for the item. This Item would be the "Free" item so I chose another local store close by and within an hour, the item was canceled by Target. I called my original location where the order was place (through my app) and Guest services was fantastic. She looked to see where my item was in stock and .... it was at the alternative location I had selected, where my item was canceled by this store. She asked them to place the item at no charge as I had already paid for everything and this item was my "free" item.. I am assuming that I had to pay tax which was no problem. I order online and my Credit Card is on File with the approval to order and charge my card for ALL the items in my Shopping Cart. The manager was in the parking lot when i pulled up and asked me if there was something he could help me with.... (um, it says "drive up") I said, "I parked in this area because i was told that I can come here and pick up my "FREE" item here as it was even called into your store by Guest Service's from my original order location" He said, oh yeah, I know who you are. You have to go inside and get it. WHY would I go inside on a "Drive Up" order ???????? I told him I had been ill with chronic illness and could not go inside. He jumped back and said.. "you have Covid!!!???!!!" NO!!!!!!!!! Yell it a little louder and WHERE IS YOUR MASK???? When outside, bringing customers their orders, aren't you suppose to wear a mask??? The reason why I ordered online and opted for "drive up" is so I don't have to come in contact with anyone or anything. I ordered for drive up, so I expect to receive All my item in the Drive Up Location. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE WITH THIS TARGET LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!! End of story is..... minutes later he comes back outside and has a bag in his hand, and walks over to my window, I asked him if he needs to run my cc (for the $1.10 tax) - Not sure why he could not use the Card I Used on the Target App as the Item was Approved and Paid for this Target Order. It allowed me to change locations as it stated it was in stock and NEVER asked for Payment, just changed the store location for the drive up on this item only. He just walked away saying "just take it" ......WOW!! REALLY? I DON'T WANT ANYTHING FOR FREE!!!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE BECAUSE OF THIS ONE PARTICULAR INDIVIDUAL Beware of his Demeaning Behavior and Disrespect...
Read moreI recently had the chance to shop at this newer Target location, and I have to say, they’re definitely heading in the right direction. While this store is still getting into its groove, it’s clear they’re committed to following all of Target Corporation’s policies, rules, and regulations, which provides a consistent and reliable shopping experience.
What stood out to me most was the dedication of the staff. Despite not having much experience dealing with Shipt shoppers like myself, the employees were incredibly helpful, responsible, and reliable. They made a genuine effort to accommodate Shipt’s unique policies and workflows while I was shopping for customers, which I really appreciated. They asked questions, sought guidance when needed, and stayed focused on helping me fulfill my orders efficiently.
It’s refreshing to see a team that’s committed to learning and growing. While this location is still working on perfecting the process for handling third-party shoppers, I respect the service, dedication, and commitment the staff bring to the table every day. With time and experience, I have no doubt this store will continue to improve and become an even stronger asset to the Target brand.
Overall, my experience here was positive. The staff’s willingness to adapt and their friendly, customer-first approach made my visit smooth and enjoyable. I look forward to seeing how this store grows and evolves in the future—keep up...
Read moreA good place for shopping for the basics near the Florida Mall The first Target was opened in 1962 in Roseville, Minnesota. That single store grew into over 1900 locations across the United States. I recently needed some supplies and visited the store near the Florida Hotel in Orlando. It was easy to get to, and I appreciated that the parking lot was large and simple to navigate. Like most Target stores, this location was clean and well-organized, with wide aisles. I appreciate this as it always makes finding things quick and easy. The shelves were well stocked with everything I could have needed, from groceries and snacks to toys, household goods, and travel items. The prices were reasonable, in line with what I expect from Target and for the economy. Most of the checkout methods are cashier-less. Namely, you check out by yourself like many stores these days. There did appear to be 2 aisles open with a cashier for those that do not like the self-serve option. Being right next to the hotel and the mall made it even more convenient, since I could stop in without going very far out of my way. Overall, it was exactly what I hoped for: a clean, reliable, and convenient store with everything I needed...
