I visited the store on 9/20/2020. A young lady named Cami spend about 30 minutes helping me select perfumes, lotions and handbags. The reason it took so long was because Cami had to find me 2 additional handbags because it was 4 different gift sets and I didnāt want the same handbags for everyone. Then my VS card would not go through. So Cami puts me on the phone with customer service which was no help. So then Cami tells me letās reapply and if it goes through you could use the VS card. It went through but my credit limit was $650 instead of $3,100. So I told Cami since itās Sunday give me 1 day to call them so I could find out what is going on and straighten this out. I asked would you be here tomorrow Monday. She said no but come Tuesday afternoon around 2-3pm. That she would hold on to the handbags and perfumes. Then Cami gave me in writing the store number and she wrote her name and time to come in 2-3pm Tuesday 9/22/2020. So today 9/22/2020, I called the number that she gave me and I got bounced around 3 times before I got through. Finally I get Cami on the phone to let her know that I was on my way. I said I was there Sunday and you spend time helping me pick out the bags. Then with customer service. She tells me that she doesnāt remember ever meeting me or anything that she helped me with. At first I thought she was joking because itās impossible that you could forget something like that after only 1 day. But she was serious. She didnāt remember anything. Victoriaās Secret is nothing like it use to be. Horrible customer service. Very poorly trained sales reps. For Cami to tell me that she didnāt remember means she didnāt save the handbags like she said. So I decided not to purchase anything from them after that experience. I will buy from Brighton and the perfumes from Dillardās....

I told her Iām 34C and she looked me up and down again and told me no. She said to look at the mannequins in the store and notice that those are 34C, and I am definitely bigger than them. She then tried pushing towards a measurement and told me I am a 36DD, even though all of my bras are 34C and I didnāt grow over night. She continued with a āSurprise! Youāre a LOT bigger than you thought you were!ā And even though I tried to tell her it was wrong she kept shoving down my throat that I was indeed: 36DD. She wrote me a card to go into the back, choose any bra I like, and I can get quick access to the fitting rooms if I needed. On the way to the back she pointed out that I looked like I was in need of the cheap bras and that āyou can ask for the cheapest bra in there.ā I have never felt so insulted and I walked out almost in tears. I was embarrassed about her doing it in front of a bunch of people. Not only did she try to compare me to their really tiny mannequins, she commented on my money and pointed out that I am big. I am a size 10 in pants, Iām not big. For my height I am the right size and healthy. I am most likely never going back to this store again so I donāt...

Thanks to Maria for the attention and help I received, but when I went to pay, in the last box on the left a girl with her bad attitude asked me for my email and my phone, I told her I did not want to give it and she forced me , telling me that I did not have another option, that I had to give it, and i did not give my mail and more she once again insisted with my phone number and I continued to deny myself. Finally I gave her a fake phone and she with a bad face and attitude placed the receipt inside the bag and never gave me the bag in my hand nor thank you when I finished the purchase. Where is the customer service? Where is the service that the customer is always right? Maybe if she asked me in a good way I would give her my information, but nobody likes to be used to earn points.
