I’ve visited the Tampa location a few times before, and it’s always been a great experience with wait times of no more than 20 minutes. I decided to book my next appointment here since it’s closer to where I live. I arrived on time, and another person arrived a few minutes after me. The other person was taken to the room before me, but I didn’t mind at first since I assumed they were just running late. After waiting for 20 minutes, the other person comes out asking when they’d be helped, only to be told to wait since the nurse was assisting someone else. Turns out there was only one person handling all of the services. By the time it was my turn, I had waited over an hour. While I understand that they might be understaffed since they just opened, it doesn’t justify such a long wait, especially when appointments are scheduled so close to each other. I cannot say enough good things about the St. Pete clinic- the experience has been amazing from start to finish! Every single person I’ve interacted with has such great energy and genuinely makes you feel welcomed and cared for. The vibes here are just unmatched.

Jessie did my initial consultation- not only is she incredible at what she does, she’s truly a star! She made everything feel so easy, comfortable, and fun. She’s insanely knowledgeable, super honest, and brings all the energy to every interaction. You can tell she genuinely cares and wants you to feel confident and informed.

Jenna is an absolute ray of sunshine, it feels like you’re being greeted by a bestie every time you walk in. And Zoey, the NP, is the best! Her energy is calm, confident, and uplifting. I always look forward to seeing her at my appointments.

All around fantastic first experience! I went in for my first session of tattoo removal. Both Katie and Coral were both extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Katie did my consultation and did an absolutely amazing job! She was very friendly, made sure all my questions were answered, she went over the cost and procedure throughly, and was even nice enough to laugh at some of my jokes. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by two smiling faces, both Katie and Coral couldn't have been nicer, the waiting area was very clean and comfortable. After only a few minutes of waiting, I was brought back. The nurse that did my procedure (I apologize I forget her name) was again, extremely friendly and went over everything again with me.
