Jason freaking Mason. What a gem of a human being you have professionally setting up your guitars. Guitar Center management, you hold onto him and you keep him like the invaluable asset he is for Guitar Center. My interaction with Jason sparked a thought as I was leaving the store, âIf youâre a business, you want your customers walking in with straight faces and walking out beaming with a smileâ. Because thatâs how I feel each time that I come in and after talking with Jason.
I caught myself literally telling Jason, âMan, I find myself wishing I had more guitars that needed a professional setup, just so I can bring them in and see you more often because you brighten up my day so much.â
Like the guy is so good, I was confessing to him that I wish I could give Guitar Center more money! Like what? And this is such a 180 from how I previously felt about GC because of a negative experience I had a few years ago.
A masterclass could be taught by studying Jason and how he interacts with others. Jason, youâre a gem. Never change and I wish that all of your desires and aspirations materialize in your life and that you constantly receive a never ending stream of an abundance of love, joy, peace, and good fortune that is 1000x what you give others.
Seriously man, thank you for making my visits to Guitar Center something that I look forward to. I stopped going to Guitar Center for a few years now and thought I would give it another try recently.
Had you not been in the store that day and brightened my day in a way that you make look so natural and effortless, I can confidently say that my view of Guitar Center wouldnât have changed and I would have continued taking my business elsewhere.
And now that I donât have any more guitars to set up, I guess the only solution I have for coming into the store more frequently is âaccidentallyâ breaking my strings once a week so I can come in and buy new strings XD

   Read moreRep seems eager to push the a sale to have a order ship to my house. Even though I told rep this item will be back ordered I was told otherwise. Basically said not to worry and the guitar was in stock at the warehouse. Not to my surprise 3 days after purchase I received an email that itâs on back order and at this point canceling it. Sad to say I contacted a Music & arts which part of GC that is 1h 35 mins away. Which they thankfully have the guitar I was looking for.

The last time I went, I wanted to get a unit from the locker, and the employee just grabbed it and silently headed to the main entry for checkout, without asking if I needed anything else. I actually did need help, but the staff didnât seem supportive. When I politely asked to take a closer look at the box, they gave me a look like I was going to rob the place and run off with it đ.
