My daughter and I went in some time last week to finish up on some school shopping. We were welcomed in and I like that they noticed us upon arriving. There were two workers there and they made it easy to mingle with their customers and I really liked that. My daughter was looking for a size 22 in womanâs jeans and I seen you didnât have it out on the floor. I asked the lady if there was a chance there was a pair in the back. She was so happy to go and look for us. And asked if there was any thing else she can look for before she went to the back. She came back with a size 22 jeans my daughter wanted and my daughter was so happy. We were so pleased with her customer service. She told us about the sale on the jeans for woman and the clearance as well. I felt so bad because we kept bugging her on checking prices and what clothing went with what sales. She was happy to let us know and did it with a smile. Her and the gentleman were so funny, the way she interacted with the small kids as well. At the end when she rung us up she was very polite and told us their name is Monica & Chris and asked us if and when we had time if we could leave a google review to let them know how there customer service was. And she was very honest and said if there service was not up to our standards be honest and let them know where they can better them selfs at. I love that she said that it made us laugh and I told her and Chris they were amazing and helped us out a lot. We will definitely be coming back soon.    Read moreI took my grandson here the other day to spend a few hundred dollars on school clothes. Ok, I get it: I'm getting old... Things aren't how they used to be... Good help is hard to find... I'm not the demographic they are after... When I walk into a business that has twenty people already in there and the three girls that should be working are all standing by the registers, laughing hysterically, drinking their over priced coffee drinks, and ignoring the customers, the first thing that comes to mind besides "poor management" is the old retail motto: "If you've time to lean you've got time to clean." This place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in quite awhile. Again, I know things have changed and not necessarily for better. The wording on a particular line of clothing, intended for younger people, is something that used to be hidden in the back room or at least behind the counter.    Read moreThis review is for PacSun in the outlets, but it probably is for PacSun as a whole. I returned $85 worth of merchandise 4 weeks ago and still havenât received my money back on my card. I was contacting them back and forth for the first 3 weeks but they have stopped responding as of a week ago. And my money still isnât here. I called the banks and thereâs no issue on their end. So at this point it honestly feels like PacSun scammed me out of $85. When I went into the store they said that it was completed on their end and to call corporate. And when I called corporate they tell me the same thing every time, âWe are putting your issue at the top of our list. Please allow 1-8 business hours for response.â But no response or results ever come. So congratulations on stealing $85...
