The employees are ALWAYS rude! I've been 4 times total. First time wasn't bad. Second time I was told I wasn't aloud to shop because they were closed. This happended before 11pm. The front door says they close at 11pm, I had arrived 20mins beforehand! Third time I wasnt even capable of walking inside becsuse the doors were shut and locked. Once again before 11pm. Tonight I went inside as I walked in their yelling over the intercom they're closing in 30mins but that the registers will shut off at 1045pm! I continue shopping & proceed with one pair of sandals to checkout. The young lady tells me she's sorry the registers are closed and she can't put anything on hold for the next day! They're so rude and unprofessional! I won't go back. While I was shopping I watched her turn away...

Customer service needs some serious attention. A woman at the register had an issue. The clerk was not understanding the issue. The customer was getting upset because she just wanted a refund and leave. This went on for 20 mins(while I was still there) while 4 people stood in line waiting. One finally left and just laid her stuff down. A manager was finally called( Mckenzie I believe). She was even worse at customer service. The lady behind me spike up and asked if we could be checked out in the meantime twice. The 2nd time, the manager mumbled with a tone YES. She checked me out. I couldn't even hear her give me my total, had to ask. No thank you, have a nice day, nothing. She acted like it was a burden to her to have to deal with...

The staff obviously wanted to get out the building. From the time I arrived - one hour before closing - I was told by 3 separate employees that they will be closing soon, as well as 2 overhead announcements, with 45 minutes til close I was told the dressing rooms closed at 9pm. I had to wait in line for 11 minutes to check out because all the employees except for one were putting away drop stock or other closing duties. It didn’t matter that there were 6 people in line, the other employee in the front did not open another register, the employees in the store were too busy to help me. They should probably they should change the hours to close at 9 and have employees...
