My first online pickup and it charged me the night I paid just to show up there to pick up my candles! Drive 2 hours to get to find out they cancelled one of my candles right before I went there and they didn’t even mention it till I called them!
She was nice on the phone but literally said they were busy and sold the last one! My order was paid and placed first the night before when the website clearly stated you had them in stock! I better get a refund soon even though it felt like I wasted more time and gas driving to that store! Idk if I even want to go to any locations since their online and store servers also don’t seem to work...

We ended up leaving with double the candles we originally came in for, and a new wick trimmer that we didn’t even know existed!
