I have always been a fan of their veggie burgers. Their drinks are pretty awesome also. My most recent trip will likely be my last to this location. There was confusion in ordering to begin with, which started the frustration. The biggest issue that I had however, was that I clearly marked a particular tip making my order come out to $19. However, I was charged $20. When I called and inquired, Chris explained this dishonest practice away, saying that the tip amount could have passed for a 2 instead of a 1. However, I also added the amount on the final line, making it a clear $19. In my hospitality experience, I'd rather go with the smaller number so a customer wouldn't have this type of frustration. It is dishonest when the total is tallied up for you to increase it. He was already getting a $3+ tip just for taking my order. As a manager, I would have given a full refund for the trouble of the customer having to call back repeatedly, as well as to amend this error that my personnel created. I was never offered anything other than my dollar back and a half sincere apology. I demanded my full tip back at that point. This particular location will not be getting my business again for sure. Watch your account, keep your receipt! It isn't the amount, it's the principle. Just unethical.
Update - I sent them the exact same review message that I left here, on the same day. Even though they responded to my review requesting that I reach out to them, I already had. I went a step further and sent as per their "concerned" request, with no answer. If it were genuinely concerning, I probably would've heard from them weeks ago when I sent the...

Read moreThe place is located in western strip of the Shops At Legacy. The place is a counter service where they bring you your food. I find it kind of odd that they set up the counter right in the center of the bar, but to each their own. There is a lot of seating for such a small place but its real crunched in like they were trying to fit every possible seat, understandable since the lease probably wasn't cheap. One thing that bothered me was that most of the high chair straps were broken, so we used the least broken one.
The food. So I ordered the Blue burger with the truffle fries because they looked good in the picture. It took a while to come out, and it ended up being just mildly warm like it has been sitting there and the same went for the fries. It took a while for it to come out. The meat lacked seasoning and was rather dry. For the price I paid... there are lot of options nearby that could be had.
Price wise it was around $6.75 to $8 for each burger and the fries were around $2.75 and the drinks were $2.50. They had a selection of beers on tap and I can see why people go here. I just wanted a burger so I am rating based on food and atmosphere.
My first visit here was rather disappointing since someone said it was really amazing. I don't hate it but this place is not somewhere I will end up going again. Maybe it was an off day but in my opinion it was an okay experience, so there for an okay rating. If you're out late and want a beer and a drink. This...
