My husband and I were shopping in the area and went into Francescos at the Shops of Legacy. Out of all the boutiques we went into, this was the only clothing store that had two people greet us with enthusiasm and seemed to care that we were there. We commented on the difference of joy that seemed to fill their store and they both said that's part of the reason they like working there. They enjoy getting to know people throughout their day. Wow! We were impressed and relieved that there are some establishments that still teach that, expect it, and actually enjoy getting to know others....

Terrible customer service. When I walked up to the counter to make my purchase, the two women working carried on with their conversation and I was only spoken to when I was asked for my phone number and told the price. At the end of the transaction, the worker simply handed me the bag and didn't even bother looking at me, just carried on with her conversation. Very disappointed and will not return to this location.
