I would never do business with this guy ever again So the next day after three weeks, trying to contact Jose Negroni aTTORNEY at Law Come to find out After HE WAS OUT OF THE COUNTRY AFTER 3 1/2 WEEKS TRYING TO FIND OUT WHAT’S GOING ON UNBELIEVABLE NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL I’ve been calling and leaving messages, associate that works with Jose NEGRONI Attorney law she called me and tells me she’s going to take care of everything and I told her about the NO COMMUNICATION Totally agreed with me that there’s NO Communication and that she was sorry and she was gonna take care of the issue that I should’ve got before Christmas of 2023 but now it’s May 24, 2024 I just got to check 2024 NO communication, before anybody uses this attorney, please read this letter is very very very urgent. You’ll be upset just like I’ve been upset and there’s nothing this guy could do He needs to make things better. He needs to train his people that know how to talk to people and tell them that they’re not here and they’re out of the country. There’s no doubt they are skilled attorneys—that’s why I gave two stars. However, attorney–client communication is essential in situations like this, and that’s where my experience fell short. Several months after signing the retainer paperwork (seven, almost eight months later), I received a call saying only one of my children would be represented, but then received a letter dated the very same day stating that neither would be represented. When I called for clarification, I was told the attorney may have changed his mind and that I would get a call back to clear up the conflicting information. No one ever followed up.
