Conch Heaven — Restaurant in Plantation

Listen you all are unprofessional running a buisness n domt know how to for real I ordered a $70 order through their website and im told they didn't get notification then proceed to tell me 15-20 mins after that my order is jus now being made cuz I CALLED AND THATS WHEN THE ORDER CAME TRU then tell me they dont deliver she made it seem as if they dont deliver at all when she could of said we have ppl that delivery through under and etc so before that's even cleared up im trying to get my refund which they had to call me back because of authorization from the manager but while that is happening im receiving text like give ur drive a better idea of location and your order has now been accepted...bro im overwhelmed cuz im thinking I can't get my food cuz they saying they dont delivey NOT oh we the ppl in the store dont deliver but we have ppl that come and pick up your food to deliver to u somehow she got it twisted n had me go off of oh they dont deliver at all so I need that refund now as im tryna figure out how to receive said refund she goes she can't cause the transactions not their n etc while other DELIVERY DRIVES ARE POPPING UP DOR MY ORDER THAT SHE SAID THEY DONT DELIVER BUT THE XHEID OFFERED TO DELIVER FOR A FOURTY DOLLAR FEE bruuuuhhhh IS YAWL COO very dissappinted cuz I fwy but islanders really be the worse ppl to communicate with...

These people should be ashamed of themselves. I called an order in and they were extremely rude on the phone. As if me placing and order and supporting their business was a bother to them. SMH. I got the stew fish.... honestly it was disgusting. I love fish and i took two bites of the snapper and threw it in the garbage. A WHOLE SNAPPER WASTED. The “stew” for the fish tastes like the brown McCormick gravy packets you purchase in the grocery store. NASTY. It was obvious that they used flour to thicken the gravy up and there were clumps of chunky flour in the stew 🤢🤢🤢🤢 i was so disgusted. The only plus was that the food was fresh and hot, but the flavor ??? 1/10. The lemon cake? Dry and disappointing. The rice was tasty in flavor but could’ve been steamed more, and the side of Mac and cheese was 3 inches long, 3 inches wide and one inch deep. A VERY little side that had sooooo much oil in it. The thought of this food still disgusts me and I’ll never eat here again. A total waste...

PLEASE don't even waste your money here. I really hate leaving bad reviews but they shouldn't be serving bad food! 🤢🤢🤢 The conch salad tasted like straight orange juice and the pieces of conch were cut small AND there wasn't even that much conch in it....there was way more vegetables than conch. The fried conch was cut super thin, they used too much batter to make it look bigger and then it was overcooked AF. I'm used to CHUNKS of conch from other places like Shaker's or Snapper's but this place is clearly on a tight budget. They skimp on the food by giving you less conch and more vegetables. I will NEVERRRR eat at this place again. This was a complete waste of money. Just go to Shaker's instead. Shaker's will hook you UP! Shaker's serves big CHUNKY pieces of conch in their food. Nothing like this place at all. I wish I could get my money back from these people because their food absolutely...
