I wish I could give them zero stars. I live out of state and scheduled a massage online for my mom for Mother's Day. My mom came into her appointment and they asked if she wanted to use the card on file. She said the massage had already been paid for and didn't have a card on file. They decided it would be a good idea to keep my card on file. Yes, they illegally kept my card on file. My mother booked another massage with them that went horribly and she was in so much pain she decided not to return and canceled her membership she signed up for. Then low and behold guess who's card is now getting charged for her monthly membership. Yes friends, mine. Not only did they keep my credit card after a one time purchase, they didn't delete it after she gave them her card, and then the continued to charge it after she canceled her membership. How are they even open! This janky back room massage studio now says, even though I have proof on my credit card statement that they don't have a card on file nor do they have any proof of any transactions. My bank statement says otherwise thank you very much. AND the cherry on top is that because they are seen as a "valid" store my bank says it is not fraud. All I have to say is, just say no. They will rip you off and...

I was really excited for my massage here but was disappointed. I booked a 1 hour massage, got there 15 minutes early and she took me back to the room 10 minutes late. The room was cold and I kept having to ask her to up the temperature of the bed. which is fine, but I was unable to enjoy my massage because I was so cold. She finished and I was confused because it felt really short. I looked at the clock and it was 10 minutes before the hour end time. I was taken back late, and it ended early. It only ended up being a 35 minute massage with change time. I asked the girls at the front if that was common, and they said yeah. they let me know the person before me had an 1.5 hour massage and so that’s why mine was short. it was frustrating to hear that because another client had a longer massage mine wouldn’t be as long… i do want to say all of the girls were super nice, but i feel like I wasted my money here and would have loved to know this...

First off, Emma is my massage therapist and she is AMAZING !!! From my first appointment with Emma we discussed my concerns and injuries and doctors goal to get me better. I took the time to listen and answer any questions. The reasoning behind me saying that Emma is amazing it She listens to you before the About any concerns you may have and while she massages you, she feels your body and knows exactly where to push and how much pressure and stuff and if it’s not enough, you still have to ask and she does it for you. I have had other massage therapist as well and they are amazing as well, I just prefer Emma. The staff is amazing, friendly always smiling and take time to answer any questions and help out with booking and have a good knowledge of what’s good and what’s not.
