Got a present from my son, he bought us 4 different pieces in Minnesota outlet store on 10/31, he had it shipped to me, I got the box few days later and on the 11-9 my husband and I came to Kenosha store to exchange one of the pieces to a Dutch Oven. The piece I was exchanging was the same price as a Dutch Oven I was getting, I asked the manager of the store if he can make even exchange to which his answer was no, I can only give you today’s promotion, in which case I had to pay additional $45 out of pocket. I was very upset and asked manager if he can call corporate and see if they can do this for me, he said”NO” and I make decision here and I stand by my decision. So basically I don’t care to make you a satisfied customer. I payed my money and left, but I was going to upgrade one other piece to bigger size but changed my mind and decided I will not give him another penny. All I can say I will not return to this store and probably not buy their products ever again. There is a lot of companies who would like to make me a satisfied customer and I would rather support them!!!! Very poor choice for manager to make. Not only I would not come back, but I also own my own company and I will make sure to tell all my customers in conversation about my experience...
Read moreI went into the store this morning. While the store looked ckean, bright, the products well organized, and it smelled great, the service was terrible. An employee stayed behind the counter without acknowledging me or the other customer already in the store. The customer had to go himself with a product to the register to ask for information. A second employee, possibly the manager, arrived from the back and started talking with the employee in a volume we could all hear what they were saying (and it wasn't related to the store!). None of them at any time move from behind the counter. When the guy bought a product the employee and the manager didn't explain him the care process. Read moreI was so excited to finally decide to buy one of the most expensive cookware there is. At first Jeff, the store manager was helpful and all smiles. We spent over $500 on orange cast iron set. To our negative surprise these pots and pans are not suitable for our cooking style, therefore they're useless to us. I've only used two items. The food was burnt and ended up in garbage. I called Jeff to discuss a return and he was very resistant to budge. He said because it's used he can't accept the return. Well what happened to 45 days of customer satisfaction? We're absolutely not happy with the purchase and are basically stuck.
