Ghost Chicken — Restaurant in Pleasant Valley Township

I was SHOOKETH to discover that Ghost Chicken is NOT a franchise. I know that one day, there will be locations everywhere!

Okay now onto the food:

I love the options for spice level. My partner ordered the Ghost & Spicy Buffalo. I had Lemon Pepper & (wet) Buffalo). When Ghost Chicken says HOT, they are not playing. Seriously, don't be a tough guy. Regular Buffalo was kicking and it's just considered medium.

I've tried a plethora of chicken places that bode hot chicken/customized heat/sauce in various states. Ghost Chicken is, without a doubt, my number one.

I love chicken sandwiches, especially hot chicken sandwiches, and I’ve eaten many. Never, ever while eating a chicken sandwich have I said to myself “I wish this bread was sweeter“. I get it, some people like the King’s Hawaiian bread, but it has no place on a hot chicken sandwich, there’s a reason why no one else uses these buns. Finally, a great place to get chicken! I had the Korean BBQ dust chicken sandwich with coleslaw, pickles and their homemade yardbird sauce. You can get the sauce, coleslaw on the side which I did because I’m very picky about coleslaw. It was very good so I put it on top. The yardbird sauce is so good! My husband had the same thing. He even got to try a piece of Habanero chicken which he said it wasn’t super hot but SO flavorful. He said he would get that next time. Give this...
