We ended up leaving but.... On 9/4/24 at 940am, made a stop here. We always go to the walkup window and always have a great experience. However, today not so much. The window was open and I stood there for a good 5 minutes with no acknowledgement what so ever, not a hi, not a some one will be right there, not a go take a hike, only a slight glance then a strong effort to not look back at the window. I contacted corporate and they said they would forward my concern to the owner since the locations are individually owned. Since I have not heard anything, figured I would leave a review. We waited so long for this to happen, but there are a few other local coffee shops that will be getting our business until the owner feels like making an effort. Will just go back to going the the IF location when there. Also, I wonder how long it will take for the carwash to get upset with DB as well. The cars block the road and cars go thru the carwash to get around.
Update: DB responds and asks me to email feedback@dutchbros.com did they not see that at the beginning of my post, that I did that...
Read moreSome disorganization, but the shop just opened up, cut the staff a little bit of slack. They do have people who walk around outside and take orders they just don't use them early morning and maybe late night.
With that in mind, yesterday we got some Mafia style drinks (added espresso) and pulled back around because we didn't know it made them extra watery. They told us, no big deal. Then, today, going through at 6am, the same lady who told us about why it's watery, rushed us to make our order (at the window too early for walkers). We almost forgot one of our drinks for being rushed, got a tone and said "and just letting you know mafia style makes the drinks watery." Maybe she was being sincere and reminding but it sounded very condescending. She also specifically asked for whip on the drinks, and didn't give it. All I know is it's a short smaller girl who had a green hoodie.
Aside from that experience, great location, just cut them some slack on things and maybe find out why they didn't have someone walking around taking your order before you...
Read moreWe pulled up to the drive through to order a few hot drinks. There were two employees outside, taking orders. The lady that assisted us was obviously not happy that she was working out in 19 degree weather. We had never been to Dutch Bris before and since I was unsure of the sizes that were available venti, large, 20 oz or ?? ) I asked what the sizes were, she literally rolled her eyes at me and finished off with a sarcastic glare wuthout once offering information about sizes. Once our order was complete, she asked if we had the app open and ready to pay. We told her that we did not. ( Again, our first time at this place ) She seemed very bothered about our "lack of preparation" to make her job easier and, once again, gave us a nasty, unfriendly expression, begrudgingly took our card and pretty much just walked away. I understand that being out in the elements is sometimes not a great working environment, as I have worked out in the heat and cold for years, however we did not deserve the rude treatment for just asking a a question. I hope...
